I went to this starbucks this morning. I had to wait in line for over 15 minutes. This poor girl, Brianna, was there all by herself. She worked as quickly as possible, with a great attitude. My lavender oatmilk latte was delicious. You can tell this girl is quite the batista and should be commended for her skills and customer service!

We waited for about 5 minutes while all three baristas were chatting with another customer. They didn't acknowledge us at all and were very concerned with their conversation about inflation and daily life things. I understand building rapport with customers but it doesn't help when you ignore other customers. Very unprofessional and we ended up doing our shopping and going elsewhere for breakfast because I didn't want to wait any longer. The rest of the Safeway employees are always very courteous and always at least make eye contact and smile. Also, while they were chatting they messed up this ladies order. Definitely need additional training here, not a good image for either Starbucks or Safeway.

This Starbucks has never had the new Apple croissant. I’ve asked if they could get it, but I was told they don’t get that item here? The King Soopers Starbucks across the street does have the Apple croissant, so I now do my grocery shopping at King Soopers.

The young man behind the counter made us the best drinks we have had yet at a Starbucks. We were there 11/24/21 at about 5:30p if his bosses are paying attention. He was super friendly and attentive. We don’t live near the area to go there any time soon but we were super happy with our drinks so would frequent there if we lived closer (even my anti-Starbucks husband was a fan). To have an exceptional drink made in such a big chain is impressive. Thank you

The red head little girl that was the cashier was super rude. Please put signs if you don't want the customers to look at the underneath baskets. However, the woman with the black hair and eyeliner was super sweet. I just hate how the red head girl literally yelled at me to not look at the basket under the display.
