This place is gnarly. I watched an employee takeoff sweaty gloves, not wash his hands air dry them for one minute then grab the outside of gloves with his filthy dirty hands and try to make my sandwich. This franchise needs to learn about washing hands.

I don't know the name of the sandwich artist working lunch shift today (Nov 30) but he is phenomenal and has redeemed Subway at least for me. After being a long time fan, I had not been to Subway in a couple of years because I had been so disappointed with the quality of the sandwiches. I had a few bad experiences in a row. The new menu helps I'm sure but also employees need to know how to build a great sandwich. I ordered the footlong Titan turkey and the quality was a throwback to the days when Subway bread was sliced completely in half - if you know, you know ?. It was great. Shout out. Give that guy a bonus out something.

Went about 10am and the doors were still locked. I can see the employee visually looking at something other than the door, I knocked tried to get her attention and she had an AirPod in her ear, can only imagine how many other people tried to get service!!! Location was opened at 9am and she still had doors closed!!! Upon her FINALLY seeing me and opening the door, there was no acknowledgment of any kind. She had a terrible attitude and needs to work else where is she hates sandwich making so bad!!! This was 10/20.Tried to come again 10/27 to see maybe she was having a bad day, closed early after I called to make sure they had the soup in stock on our first cold days. NEVER coming back. Terrible management.

This is a typical Subway with standard food and service. All Subways have a default 4 star rating. However this one does not accept its own coupons. So it lost 2 stars. Not sure how we landed on the Moon. But now have stored that print but don't accept their OWN coupons. I get SWs are sometimes franchised. But the corporation need to iron this out and the store should still accept coupons.

This place was one of the nicest Subways I have been to. It was really clean. And the employees were really nice. The employee that waited on me, (Dawn), had excellent customer service skills. She greeted me as soon as I entered the door. And waited on me with kindness and respect. I was out within 10 minutes. Great experience at Subway finally.
