About the best Subway experience I've ever had, and I eat at a lot of Subway restaurants!! The owner is very efficient and helpful. Food is fresh. Dining area is clean.

It felt like I was in a jail and possibly a horror movie. It was not a comfortable vibe in the restaurant. The employee kept getting my order wrong and when I corrected her she was extremely rude and disrespectful. Some of the worst service I've ever had.

Never ordering online from here again. Put toasted in the instructions and tipped got home and realized the lady didn't toast my sub. Ruined the whole experience for me.

I keep noticing new employees, while eating my sub in the store all 3 of the pickup orders were wrong, and the new manager coughed over the vegetables, I'll never be back again. I'll drive the extra mile to the one on Kipling and Belleview. All of the old staff quit when she came and she thinks it's funny.

Ordered three 6 inch subs and a pretzel off Uber eats. Never gave me my pretzel and the Italian herbs and cheese bread was hard. It might as well have been called Italian herbs cracker bread. I did not order it toasted so they bread had obviously been sitting out for longer. I thought their motto was eat fresh.

GREAT employees, who still made my sandwich on the smallest Loaf I have gotten at a subway, eating at one 4 times a month, since 1997. that made for the first time I've eaten an entire footling and been dissatisfied and still a bit hungry. first world problems right ?

I waited 40 min in line only to find out they didn’t have what I wanted - tuna - one of the most popular items on the menu - IN THE NOON HOUR. I will say, it was very busy - as lunch hours are. The lackluster pace in which the employees were moving was not only surprising, but frustrating. The lead complained that he has to also be training the “new guy” and the other young lady voiced her frustrations for everyone to hear saying “she’s about to be pissed off and clock out.” 40 min for a mediocre turkey sandwich and poor service is unacceptable.
