The two gentlemen attending at 12:38 on February 2 we’re really nice and they knew how to take my order. The lady probably should smile a little more all though

I had an extremely concerning experience at this Subway. I was sold a sandwich with rancid meat and spoiled spinach — the smell was unmistakable. My 2-year-old even ate some before we realized it was bad, which is horrifying for any parent.
I drove back within minutes, and the owner refused a refund unless I brought the entire sandwich back into the store. We had already thrown it away because the food was clearly unsafe to eat.
This isn’t just bad service — it’s a serious food-safety issue. I’ve reported the location to the local health department.
I wouldn’t trust this store with my family’s food.

Where is corporate management? I usually enjoy stopping by this Subway location, but my recent visit was disappointing. Several tables were not clean, and it was hard to find a place to sit. I hope the team can focus a bit more on keeping the dining area tidy so customers have a pleasant experience. If you could keep it clean it would be a gold mine Thank you.

I see I'm not the only one who noticed but this is the dirtiest subway I've ever seen. Looks like not a single thing has been cleaned since opening day. The people making our subs just set them on top of old vegetables on the counter. If Subway cares about their franchise they need to get new management in here
ASAP.

This store is disgusting! Nothing has been cleaned, really cleaned in months. You can tell right when you walk in the front door that is covered in fingerprints and grease, and the food scraps and sauce between the food buckets is disgusting. The young man working today took a knife and wiped it on something behind the counter that I couldn't see and proceeded to cut my sandwich with some sort of white material on it. It is obvious that whoever owns this place does not care about the store or the community that they serve. As a suggestion sell it to somebody who does care so we can actually have a decent Subway in the neighborhood.

Since they bought it, it has become absolutely filthy. Everything is sticky and the sneeze guard looks like it gets cleaned with a mop. Can't imagine what the food storage room looks like.

I understand it's hard to keep things tidy when there's only one person working at a time. But the restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks. I wanted to add a photo but that would violate the rules of decency.

While ordering our sandwiches, the individuals were both wearing AirPods and one of the works was clearly talking to someone on the phone while we were building our sandwiches. The ingredient options were low or out, the store was not busy at the time and prep of ingredients seemed to lack attention. I will probably go back, but only on the fact that it's one of few options for a quick meal in the roxbourgh area.

The store was completely empty. The floors and tables were filthy. They were out of many of the vegetables for the sandwiches.

It wasn’t even 6pm when I walked in the door tonight but the kid working there gave me a look like he wasn’t happy I came in. I ordered a foot long meatball sub. The kid banged around with the spoon making a lot of noise like he was having trouble getting meatballs out of the pan and then he quickly moved the spoon to the sub so that it was hard to see what was on it. He did that 4 times so I assumed I received the usual 6 meatballs. I got it home and there were only 3 meatballs in it and a lot of sauce. He was obviously too lazy to go get more meatballs. No wonder I was the only customer that close to dinner. I’ll avoid this Subway from now on.
I’ve only visited here a few times over a year but it’s always been dirty and chaotic.
They have dispensers of different drinks (lemonade tea etc) but they are always empty and out of order. The all in one soda dispenser is the only thing working.
Service is poor. I think ownership is very cheap here and it shows. Subway should definitely crack down on these type of locations.
