Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I'm really disappointed with how poorly this location is run. 5/8 visits here have had major issues.

*Numerous incorrect orders
*Employees double charging for chips and cookies.
*We've had sandwiches rung up with extra charges that were items that came on that specialty sandwich.
*Employees lack the knowledge of their own menu
*Employees not knowing how to use POS system and requiring manager assistance for 4-5 minutes during rush
*Claiming coupons aren't valid for a sandwich when they are and when scanned it works perfectly.

I get it. There is going to be issues and mistakes. No one is perfect. But when a majority of visits have large issues it's a chronic problem. We tried giving this location numerous chances but there can only be so many problems before a customer decides it's not worth going back.

Ordered delivery. One wrap and one sub. Two foot long cookies. Got two sloppy, fishy subs. No foot long cookies. Substituted dried out chocolate chip. What a disappointment. This store doesn’t care about delivering or even making quality food. They blame it on deliveries. Dunno if anyone is in charge or if anyone gives a damn. This was my second order. There won’t be a third. I’m grossed out.

Only one person was making sandwiches. The other one was making bread as customers lined up. I got something at safeway instead.

Food is decent but the service here needs work. Staff is always rude and always seem to be wearing air pods on the job. The space is always messy and needs attention.

Not sure if its subway nowadays or the location but the food here is...not good. The chicken is rubber and doesnt taste like chicken, the vegtables were soggy and despite not having eaten all day i cant even eat it and this isnt my first attempt here and i had to pay $11 dollars for just the sandwhich...

New owners again, apparently...... How do you screw up a sandwich??? They figured out how to in every way. I ordered online and picked it up, so I didn't see them make them. One bite and it went in the trash. Pretty sure I'd get food poisoning if I ate more. Not going back.

Tell your employees to stop parking in the 10 minute to go spot in front of the store. Watched two of the employees trade out vehicles in the spot as one of them left the store. One was a blue chevy cruze DTG-H37, the other was a black sedan.
