New owners again, apparently...... How do you screw up a sandwich??? They figured out how to in every way. I ordered online and picked it up, so I didn't see them make them. One bite and it went in the trash. Pretty sure I'd get food poisoning if I ate more. Not going back.

Service was great but $7 for a 6” is ridiculous. Also the bar where they store meats and cheese was DISGUSTING and covered in cheese and bits of meat and sauce caked on. The spinach which I normally order was frozen and I decided to go ahead and forgo that. If I’m paying $7 for food I would hope it would be from a clean restaurant.

Was overcharged and the people working there didn't know how to refund my card. Seems like a basic job function to know.
Really nice Subway here. They don't get to the tables quickly but they are busy. Mackenzie was really nice and she was very helpful. Everyone here works hard and they are polite and professional.

This place was very disappointing today. They had four kids working there. I ordered a 6-in sub online to be picked up to go forty minutes before I needed it. I walked in. There were people waiting for their online orders. They had a line. And the girl at the counter apologized, saying they got backed up. The problem is that this isn't acceptable. They needed to make sure at least one worker focused on getting those online orders done at the time they were meant to be done. It just looked like they were ignoring them. I hope I get a refund on my order that I did not have time to wait for, due to it being my lunch hour. I also hope the owner/manager talks to the employees today about how to better manage the orders.

BE VERY CAREFUL DO NOT ORDER ONLINEIf you cannot see your sub getting made it will be completley wrong. I ordered two subs a couple days ago wrong sauce not toasted on both. Two subs again today wrong sauce not toasted and wrong meats.Lesson: ONLY ORDER IN PERSON!!!!! or go somewhere else
