A better than average Subway

I ordered 3 foot longs today. 1 was supposed to be toasted but instead of just toasting the bread he toasted the tuna and cheese in the bread. Si much for the toasted bread...then he put the wrong dressing on this sub. I don't know whether he just didn't hear me or was preoccupied. The bread on all subs was stale.
Crumbly when eating. What a negative 35.00 experience..sorry I didn't have coupons

I always get the Italian BMT on the Italian herbs and cheese bread, I always get the same thing and then I request to have it cut in quarters, so I can eat it while I'm driving

I visit at least a couple times a month and the food is always consistent and delicious. Customer service is great! I have ordered online and in store and never had a problem.

Solid every time I’ve been here, the staff is friendly and highly skilled at submaking, and the restaurant is always very clean. I suppose the bathroom could be better but whatever.

The assist manager Russell made a poor customer service decision, my sandwich was obviously gonna fall apart due to so much on it but I asked him for a extra bread , they wouldn't sell it to me . "They ain't allowed to sell solo bread " that makes 0 sense

I ordered through the app for a scheduled time and when it said ready it took 5 minutes to drive there and they didn't even start making the sandwiches 15 minutes later 2 sandwiches were made to be brought home 2 chicken bacon ranches 1 was made right the second one is missing ranch, Baja sauce and green peppers like how hard is it to read when ur already taking ur sweet ass time and not to mention both are cold. They had special needs kids working there before that know how to do the basics come on.

Jamie and Emma did a wonderful job making me feel welcome. The operations manager Kyle should take some real notes from these two. One of them even randomly stood up for their regional boss. So thanks to them, I will spare you and your stores for only this time(double charged for 6 inch bologna sandwich and he didn’t believe me) You are forgiven.

Normally, this Subway is really good. The stuff not so friendly, but they get the food right. This last time, the meats looked old, and I have yet to see the slicer in action (I don't care, but I'm sure some people do). I go here often and although it's usually busy and normally one guy working he is is effective and efficient and my food is good. I can't say that this time, maybe they were new. I just didn't enjoy the food and it looked old. Like it was sitting out for awhile uncovered (it was brownish grey).

The bathrooms are incredibly dirty, and one of the bathrooms has been out of toilet paper for 3 days... This lack of attention makes me question the sanitation of other areas, ie. the kitchen.
