I really don't know how to rate this place because I'm very disappointed today but I've been here in the past with no issues. I ordered The Beast today but I noticed the sandwich was extremely light. So I checked and it was 33% less weight than the serving size suggested on Subway's site.

When I opened it, it looked lake maybe turkey and ham, but seemed light/small even for that.

I made my order online, came to pick up, the guy (young man) who hand over my order has unpleasant facial expression.. when i get home, i was enjoy eating until i noticed a strand of hair on my third bite, i don't know if that's intensional. I hope these guys wear a hair net, since you don't see how they prepare your food when you order online. i feel like i'm gonna stay away for awhile ordering here.

My family goes here a lot and sometimes we've had great service and other times not. We went this past Sunday around noon. My 2 children and I are vegetarian and both workers acted very annoyed when I asked them to change their gloves after I watched them make sandwiches with meat in them. They gave off a very unwelcoming vibe and it made the experience very upsetting. Would love to report this to a manager or owner who could educate them on better attitudes and customer service.

The best service I’ve ever received at a Subway & I work in Franchising. I had 3 gentleman assisting me today. It was absolutely amazing and tasted great. Also, it was very clean inside. Thanks for a delicious sandwich and the above and beyond customer service!

The worst sandwich I've ever had made at any Subway! The two guys that made our sandwiches didn't give two shits about making a proper sandwich and acted like I was interrupting them. I took a picture of mine, it so sloppily done.

I ordered on the app and my order did not make it to the store for some reason. Garret was very patient and willing to help. You simply do not get customer service like provided in todays world. Garret is a huge asset to this location. I will be coming back next time I want a sandwich.

I have never felt more accommodated and welcomed at a Subway. Nate, Jordan, and Matt were extremely helpful and kind, helping me through my entire order. Perfect stop for a quick lunch!

Never in my entire life have I seen such unprofessional, unsanitary, and unsatisfactory service from any restaurant anywhere. It was almost as if the two young staff members went out of there way to ensure my friends and I had a horrible experience. They clearly made the sandwiches with their bare, dirty, little hands. The sink looked dry as a bone, and we never saw them wash their hands at any point while they were working on our food.
Who needs gloves when you can spread your scum and bacteria to paying customers?

Our order was wrong in multiple ways, from missing ingredients they refused to remember, to drinks we paid for but were never given. The WORST however was the nut allergy contamination. We ordered chocolate chip cookies, and apparently they didn't have more than a couple. This would normally be absolutely fine! Except they substituted macadamia nut cookies which if we hadn't caught, my friend could have had a severe allergic reaction. Subway would have been liable for the legal ramifications, when in reality it was entirely preventable.

The restaurant itself was disgusting. Trash on the floor, full garbage cans that clearly hadn't been emptied in days, and sticky tables. The two teens obviously have no idea how to clean anything. In my opinion, they shouldn't have any form of employment higher than a lemonade stand clerk.

By far, the worst fast food experience we have ever had. First, we go in to pick up our order ahead. The drinks and chips were not with our order, so the kids working told us to grab them. They very clearly had an attitude and seemed to feel burdened by having customers. Then we got home with our food. We ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies. Two of the cookies we got were not chocolate chip and had nuts in them. One sandwich was completely wrong with incorrect ingredients. The other sandwich was obviously cut with a dirty knife, as it had tomato sauce all over where it was cut. There was only two people, who appeared to be high schoolers, working with zero adult supervision. Highly suggest going to a different Subway.

And the dude told us with such attitude that he was closing the lobby at 9 like tf? They close at 9:30 I told him we will be very quick and won't make a mess
But he gave us the worst look and made us very uncomfortable ?

Tried to order two party trays for teachers, was told I cannot do it in store. Need to do it online. Tried, would.not let me for day of. So stood in restaraunt, while trying to figure out how to order, waited until employee came back out after i had to ask for help. Was told there's nothing they can do, but king soopers sells sandwich trays. Off I go to buy our teachers two party trays of sandwiches!

There was only one other customer at subway was when I walked in and they just started her order. I got in line and proceeded to just stand there like an idiot for the next 15-20 minutes, for nothing. Two young guys were seemingly very busy with online orders, but they never said a single word to me. They should have told me something like "hey welcome, just so you know there's a bit of a wait, we can help you in 20 minutes, maybe" but I didn't know so I just kept standing there feeling silly and ignored. I feel like they should try to take care of standing customers a little faster. I chose fast food because my blood sugar was low and the standing made me feel even worse. I was ignored long enough and finally just walked out, and I feel like maybe that's what they wanted me to do.When I tell you I almost cried...Low blood sugar is not fun.Being ignored is bad too.
