The employee working needs help on her Customer Service. Very rude!

Arrived at 0910 on 11/8/25 for a breakfast sandwich but the store was closed. Lights were off and no one was inside or setting up.

Did not have a choice of bread as they only had wheat. Then when we got home to eat it the bread was dry and hard like it was left over from the day before. Worst I've ever experienced at a Subway.

If I could give this place a zero I would. Placed my order for pick up at 10:30 am got an email that my order was almost ready went inside and the girl working had not even started the order. She told me she had just tried calling me to tell me they had no salami but yet I had no missed calls from subway. She then told me she could make my sandwich without it or cancel my order. I asked if she could put extra meet of something else and she told me no that it was out of her hands because she was not able to call her manager because she is on sick leave. So yes I am a little upset that you can not provide me with the proper amount of meat for a 12 dollar sandwich. I was told I was being hostile and that I needed to wait in my car. They were also out of the cheese bread we ordered you have been open for an hour and a half how are you out of all this already. I am a paying customer and to be treated like I am some criminal and ask me to wait in my car is bs. Then when I asked the girl for her name she said read my name tag asked how am I supposed to read it when I have been asked to wait outside. She threatened to cancel my order several times it is sad that this is how the customer service industry is anymore. If you care about your business then train your employees properly and have procedures in place for when you run out of food. I was also told if she makes my sandwiches there will be no refund when I never asked for one.

12:30 on a weekday and you’re closed?!?

Spicy Crouton

Every time I go in there, there’s this kid with a multicolored mullet, who is never focused and he always does a really poor job in spreading vegetables spreading cheese out. He puts it all in the middle and doesn’t understand that that’s not how anyone wants to eat a sandwich. He’s constantly talking to people and overall just wasting time. I won’t return to this location of which I’ve been a regular of for years. since their new switch in ownership, it has gone completely downhill. Don’t recommend

Got a tuna fish whit cheese asked for extra Black olive and a little mayo.the older guy helping me was so busy helping a kid that didn't know what he was doing at the register ended up squeezing a ton of Mayo on my sandwich. My wife was pissed. As he tried to scrape it off and didn't even offer to remake, it. Should have just walked out. This place is not any good anymore. The one on coal, mine and Pierce is way better. At least the girl there listened to me and offered to make it my way she even chopped up my onions. He was the older guy with two younger kids. That Subway sucks. This is three times now I have had to complain. Will not go back there.

Go to the one upto coalmine, ive came in 3 times within 3 months, all 3 times the toaster has been broken, one time they had no carbonationfor drinks, and was missing olives the last time i came in, there is always a shortage or they are missing something, The service is great within reason of a subway but always ruins the experience when the toaster and other things are down or missing... unacceptable

This Subway is really disappointing. The toaster has been broken for two months now, and instead of fixing it, they’ve resorted to microwaving everything. The result? A soggy, bland sandwich that’s just not worth the money. It’s hard to even call it “fresh” when the whole thing comes out limp and wet. Honestly, it’s pretty gross, and it seems like no one cares enough to get a simple toaster fixed.

On top of that, prices have shot up drastically here, especially when you compare this location to the Subway down the road. You’re paying more for food that’s worse – microwaved sandwiches at that. It just feels like they’re trying to take advantage of customers while giving them less in return.

The real issue, though, is the management. I don’t know what happened, but this place is falling apart, and it’s clear that leadership is failing. It’s clear that the problems at this location aren’t about the employees or the current manager, Mat, who’s doing his best given the circumstances. The real issue lies higher up. If the higher-ups cared about the quality of their stores, they’d be fixing the toaster, addressing the price hikes, and making sure the store was properly managed. Instead, it feels like they’re just sitting back while everything falls apart.

The store used to be much better under the previous manager, Connor, but now there’s just a sense of chaos. I’m not sure what direction they’re going in, but it’s definitely not the right one.

I walked in last week, and there was an older couple in front of me who were yelling because their sandwiches weren’t toasted. I could hear them complaining about the prices and how everything was cold. It’s awkward watching employees take the heat for problems that clearly aren’t their fault. The workers were trying to stay calm, but it’s tough when the basics aren’t even being handled properly.

If you’re looking for a decent Subway experience, this is not the place to go. Bad sandwiches, high prices, and poor management

I used to come here regularly, but with the prices going up and the lack of basic maintenance, I can’t recommend this location anymore. If the upper management doesn’t step in soon, I don’t see how this store will last much longer.

This Subway has really taken a turn for the worse. The toaster has been broken for TWO MONTHS, which means all sandwiches have to be microwaved. Honestly, it’s disgusting. There’s nothing worse than biting into a soggy, microwaved sandwich when you’re expecting that crispy, toasted texture. It’s just not the same, and it really ruins the whole experience. How a Subway can go two months without fixing something as basic as a toaster is beyond me.

The employees are still great, though – friendly and hardworking. One of them mentioned that the bacon add-ons used to be a big hit when they were $1.50, but now it doesn’t really appeal to customers anymore. No one knows why, but it seems like they’re just stuck dealing with the fallout of decisions they had no part in.

Also, I heard that the manager who used to run the store – the one who was with Subway for years and was amazing at his job – got let go. It’s a shame. He was the kind of manager who really connected with the customers and the team. Without him, the place just doesn’t feel the same, and it’s clear the store is struggling.

The employees are doing their best, but the lack of leadership and basic upkeep – like, you know, having a working toaster – is seriously dragging the experience down. It’s hard to recommend this location until they fix the basics.

Have been in twice in the last 2 months, toaster was broken both times. Employees said it’s been broken the whole time and they have no ETA on when it will be fixed. Oh well guess I’ll take my business to the subway down the road

I used to frequent this place but recently I’ve been noticing the quality drop off significantly. All of a sudden the toaster stopped working, and the fountain drinks stopped working and they seem to consistently be out of something. The service is the only thing that seems to remain the same, everyone who works here is very kind and always ready to help with an order. But I don’t think I’ll be back until someone takes ownership of the place. I can tell the owner doesn’t know what they’re doing

I really don't know how to rate this place because I'm very disappointed today but I've been here in the past with no issues. I ordered The Beast today but I noticed the sandwich was extremely light. So I checked and it was 33% less weight than the serving size suggested on Subway's site.

When I opened it, it looked lake maybe turkey and ham, but seemed light/small even for that.
