I went in to order three sandwiches and out of the blue the lady started telling me that she was Japanese and that Koreans hated her. I have no clue what in the hell was with this lady or what that had to do with ordering my sandwiches. Very uncomfortable, I guess you hire people where you can get them. I will not go back, one crazy lady. Food was good as always.

They ripped me off promoting their Titan turkey and not displaying the regular turkey sandwich I have always purchased. 500 calories with the extra meat and cheese. 190 calories more than my typical sandwich!!!! How unscrupulous! Plus this Subway in Lone Tree on Lincoln Ave. was $1.20 higher than the subway on Lincoln in Parker!!!! Really!!!! You have lost a customer forever!!!

I really did not want to leave a negative review but I’m left with no choice. Apparently I’m not the only one who has been intentionally overcharged multiple times. Make sure you get and check your receipt. Also, they switched to Pepsi and the only reason I ever stopped in was to get a fountain Coke. Back to Jersey Mikes…

I didn't even get a chance to get food because no one ever came out of the back to help me. 10:30 6/26 waited for 15 minutes wasting my lunch break thanks

Looks like Subway has priced themselves out with this move. We drive all the way out here because service in our area sucks. But to be honest the service depends on who’s working that day. The other night we ordered two sandwiches. She made one of them incorrectly (extra meat) when I didn’t request it. The rest of the order was fine, but when it came to pay it was almost $40 for two sandwiches!!!! What the holy hell?! I look at the receipt and she rang up mine as the titan turkey (for the extra meat I didn’t order) and entered the sandwich with extra meat as a turkey with an extra meat charge of $5 plus the avocado charge of $4. A $20 sandwich? Subway, you’re ok but you’re not that great.
There was no point in disputing this at the time since she couldn’t even make the sandwich correctly to begin with.
I’m completely disgusted by this and we won’t be back.

DONT GO HERE EVERY TIME I COME HERE THEY ARE RUDE BUT THIS TIME IT WAS THE ICING ON THE CAKE ..THE ONE GIRL WITH THE DARK HAIR AND GLASSES STOPPED TAKING MY ORDER TO YELL AT MY KIDS BECAUSE THEY JUST WALKED ON THE SECTION SHE MOPPED ..NO SIGN WAS UP AND IF MY KIDS WOULD HAVE FALLEN IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LAWSUIT! I ENDED UP JUST WALKING OUT ILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE

Caution! This location will rip you off! 6 inch subs with pepperoni,roast beef, turkey ham and salami will cost $9.49. But if you order the same sandwich custom with the same meats they will charge you extra for everything totalling $16 for the same sandwich. Go somewhere else if you can.

The girl was really rude to me today. She was screaming to me that she had a lot of orders and that I had to wait and I was just waiting for her to finish. I ended up leaving the place.

I was at this subway ordering for 2 people including myself and when I got to ordering she got my sandwich right but did not toast it wich was fine but then it got to the other order she put ham and tuna on the sandwich when I didn’t even order ham on a tuna sandwich. And she did not even have a hair net on so there was hair in my food and my friend eventually had to go back in and get a different sandwich but the woman started arguing with my friend and the lady blamed me for everything that went wrong and said that I am crazy. The lady gave herself a tip and charged us for large drinks when we just got small drinks and she charged $4.00 for the ham on the sandwich that we did not want ham on we just wanted tuna. Therefore 10/10 do NOT recommend.

Went there the other evening and the first thing employee said was do you hand an online order. I said no i want to order now. The kid said well it’s going to be a while I have online orders to fill. He was the only one there. Good bye. Left and went to firehouse.

Had sandwiches made online, so I can quickly pick it up. The sandwiches made, barley had any ingredients, also having no mustard and soaked in mayo. It was late so I tried to call multiple times, no answer. Can in the next day to talk to manager about it and she didn’t help at all. Said he was busy, but when I walked in no one was there! I get sandwiches all the time and it’s sad that she just said there’s nothing I can do for you. I guess costumer service doesn’t matter anymore.
