Normally I wouldn’t take time to review a Taco Bell but this location sucks. I got horrible food poisoning from this location. They always forget things. The food is poorly made. Seriously avoid at all costs.

This spot used to be decent, the crew now does not care at all. Everyone seemed Stoned and they cared more about closed down (at 9pm) then getting food out. They didnt even heat up my wifes cheese tortilla. Will avoid coming back.

Avoid at all cost. This place needs a re-org and staff basic training.
A few weeks back, I dropped in and ordered at the counter. Food was as it should be, but no one recognizes you verbally or visually for a very long time. I finally shouted, "Can anyone take my order?"
Went back today, and the place is more disorganized, patrons came in saying their order was wrong.
I get home and find they gave me a bean burrito instead of beef.
I was pissed, so drove back and the manager tried to refund me for a bean burrito, after I explained I paid for a BEEF BURRITO.
I just looked at her, shook my head, and walked out.

Hard to distinguish from before my dog ate these and after.

Cold stale broken taco shells with barely a few strands of cheese. Bean burritos were cold and had more tortilla than beans. Very disappointed with food and wait time. Apparently Taco Bell cares more about profit than quality or returning customers. Typical of corporate America and how corporations have taken over most competition in their quest for greed!

I left Littleton hospital with my son tonight after he was hit by a truck while walking, he was hungry after hours in the emergency room. We ordered 2 crunchwrap supremes with no tomatoes, because of an allergy and a chicken cantina meal. Both crunchwraps came with tomatoes and are inedible, when calling the store no one answered the phone and this store is a 30 minute trip from our home so we aren't able to go back to get the correct food. What the heck @Taco bell, why do you have to screw up so much while you charge too much money? Your mistakes should not cost the customer, for me to go back at this point it will cost as much as our order did.

Couldn't even keep the line moving or in order, whoever came up first to complain got served first. Waited 25 minutes for a cravings box while there so no line in the building. Guess no one wants to work here either.

I have only been once, but I ask for no egg in my crunchwrap which racobell usually listens too but not always, one of the employees went out of his way to run out to bring my mine when they realized they missed it! Very sweet!

For the 5th time my daughter has placed an order through door dash, and Taco Bell has consistently messed up the order, even when speaking to the manager to ensure the order would be correct- he sent us the wrong order. When calling him, he laughed and said sorry.

It took 3 times for them to get my order, sort of, right.
Two soft tacos, no meat no cheese; add beans, guacamole, purple cabbage, pico de gallo.
-First try: I saw the cheese right away and brought them back.
-Second try: I couldn't find the beans or the guacamole. Then after I lifted everything up, there were about five beans and maybe a teaspoon of greenish watery slime. I complained about the lack of beans and the lack of guacamole.
Third try: good amount of beans this time, but I don't think they have real guacamole in there, just green slime. Or maybe that was reserved just for me.

I've been to other Taco Bells who were great.
-caveat: they were busy.

Vegetarian options: order your burritos or tacos without meat. Add either black beans or refried beans.
