I get the same thing every time I go, Usually about 3 times a week! My fries are almost always crispy. Chili is pretty consistent and hot at times like I like it. It's really a go-to for me. Only tamale kitchen I will eat at. The others aren't as good.

Ordered half a dozen red and green tamales, which, albeit on the smaller side, were pretty good considering price. The green ones were in my opinion, much better than the reds, would strongly recommend getting more of the greens if you're buying in bulk since they sell half dozen and dozen options.

The order takers always make mistakes when you order. Make sure to double check at register and when you leave. Also they charge Xtra if you pay with card and less if you pay with cash. They never ever answer the phone to call in take out which is frustrating. Food is good but almost not worth all this hassle anymore.
I love the food here, but I will always go to another location. The food is always quality here, but they're VERY shady about their paychecks. I had a friend work here and she had issues with them clearly scalping her paychecks. She was paying up to 35% of her paycheck in taxes and other fees. When she showed me her paystubs, it looked very fishy. They were very spotty about communicating with her on breaking down her paystubs so it was time for her to leave. What stood out the most was that they were NOT withholding taxes for her, she was doing that herself. So why were they pulling taxes if she was told to do it herself? Very sketchy, very immoral, and I assume they do this to people all the time.

I knew the tamales were fantastic based on a past experience. Got some for my wife while I was in the area. Got a dozen tamales to go and a frito pie for myself. Absolutely wonderful frito pie.

Been here before. Stopped in for lunch 1/26 and ordered 2 enchiladas with rice and beans, green Chile smothered. Took it to go. If you take food to go in the bag, DONT MOVE OR TIP IT AT ALL. Chile spilled all over the inside of the bag. Sign of things to come. Ate half of the messy meal and stopped due to my lack of interest. Beans were hard, rice had been sitting out forever. Enchiladas were ok. Got home from work and took a small nap. Woke up to cold sweats and a terrible stomach ache. FOOD POSIONING! Was curled into a ball in bed all evening/ night. threw up all night (some blood) stuck to the toilet. Missed my fav bands concert that night I've waited to go to all week. Disappointed and should have known as I watched them make the meal. Dirty, greasy and messy. Save yourself the torture

This location is way better than the one off of kip and Bellview. The breakfast burrito is fantastic, nice and meaty, and worth the extra drive for me from now on. New fav tamale

Dark, cold, and dirty place with terrible food. I've never had regular cheese enchiladas so spicy with dried up beans looking 2 days old. The tamales were some of the worst I've ever had. I've had many from a gas station that were far better.
