Just moved to Littleton, have been wanting to try Tamale kitchen since Mexican food is a family favorite, I’m originally from San Diego so I’ve eaten mexican food since childhood. This was by far the worse I’ve ever had. Ordered a family meal tamales, and tacos, beans, rice, and a chili relleno for Mom who loves chili rellenos. This was by far the worse Mexican food we have ever had. Was not made to order at all tacos were dry and tortillas were nasty chewy like they were made and sitting under heat lamp. Tamales (I’ve made them) were bland, dry and boring. Worst was Moms Chili relleno, was it made and warmed up yesterday, not edible. We literally tried to eat and the remainder went in the garbage. Never again….don't bother you will be so disappointed.

Just moved from Arizona so I know I’m a bit spoiled in regards to Mexican food but this was wild. The tamales has literal strands of pork. I can describe each strand thinner than a shoe lace. The masa was stale and hard. Idk how you even manage doing that.
Then the horchata was 70% diluted with water. I can assure you that is not authentic horchata. It wasn’t even sweet. Just tasted like water with a splash of rice milk and a dash of cinnamon. Garbage.

Cashier had a attitude. Not very friendly or happy to be there . Order was wrong burritos were beef n bean specials no chili or cheese were inside ordered area asada fries got just beef n cheese fries. Will only be going back to Sheridan and Morrison tamale kitchen from now on. Only thing that was good and right was the tamales

The food is great. Breakfast burritos all day. I’ve tried the tamales, queso , super nachos, tacos and enchiladas. The food come out quick. Sometimes the cashiers look a bit “over it”. But they do good and make certain your orders are correct.

My son got take out last night and I got an ala carte shredded beef burrito. This big chunk of something was in it. I'm not sure what part of the cow it's from but it was very gross. Customer service ignored my son's complaint and said we probably planted it there. Please beware of eating here.

See pictures and careful what you eat. This was from a shredded beef burrito last night at the Littleton location. Intestine tracks in the burrito. Unacceptable!!! To make it worse, this burrito was for my mother and she got sick from this burrito. This is NOT right!!!

This place is exactly what I expected. I got the dozen tamales combo order with a 2 liter, green chili, tortillas, rice, and beans. The quality is better than the price point, and that makes it a tasty bargain in my book.

Ordered chile cheese fries with chicharones. Completely soggy fries, chicharones tasted old stale and burnt. 🤮(I did order the chile on the side. The fries were still some of the soggiest I’ve ever encountered, not because of the chile)Thank you

We absolutely love Tamale Kitchen! I always order the picadillo special, and my husband usually opts for the beef and bean smothered burrito and tostada. Oh, and their Mexican egg rolls are AMAZING!! The food is consistently delicious, and we can always count on a satisfying meal. The staff is exceptionally friendly, which makes each visit even more enjoyable. This is our go-to spot for a quick bite, and it never disappoints!
