Five stars for Jimmy behind the bar. A genuinely friendly guy who provides superb hospitality. The outdoor space is great too!
The good: Close to Red Rocks The bad: Worst hotel experience I've had. The bathroom was dirty - there was curly black hair in the shower and orange grunge and hair accumulated along the edge of the shower. The "king size" bed wasn't king sized, it was a queen or a full. I initially decided to let these problems slide as I just needed a room to sleep in, however we didn't receive our incidentals refund of $100 after 1-5 business days. Instead, the day the incidental charges were removed from our bank the charge of our hotel went up by $100. This is incredibly sketchy. The hotel manager was very rude and unhelpful when these issues were brought to his attention. The representative from their corporate number, who was difficult to understand and had a baby screaming in the background, was even worse. I would recommend staying somewhere else. I've never had such a negative experience at any hotel.
This hotel is clean and was quiet. The staff were pleasant, friendly, helpful. Mattresses were just okay. Breakfast was good. This hotel is close to Red Rocks Amphitheatre so a great location if attending an event. Our only real complaint is we had no housekeeping services over our 3 night stay. The front desk was helpful in replacing towels the first day. On our last full day there housekeeping knocked around 9:30 a.m. We asked for 5-10 minutes to finish dressing. We left for several several hours, returning early afternoon to shower and prepare for an amphitheater event finding that our room was not cleaned. We chased down housekeeping for toilet paper and trash pick-up. We were told housekeeping comes every other day and replaces towels every other day. If this is accurate, maybe every other day for fresh towels is ok but it seems making beds and collecting trash should be a daily amenity. Also, if hotels are practicing recycling towels, it would be nice if they provided additional hooks or hangers for air drying. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and we recommend this Fairfield.
Excellent accomadations. Pool, workout room, Room was very clean and spacious. Continental breakfast had large selection. Staff member always out cleaning area, and keeping steamers full. Perfect location.
Jacob took the best care of us on our girls trip! Make sure to stop in and stay here!!! Breakfast was perfect and fresh! Rooms were clean and new! Staff was friendly! East access to all our events! Loved it all!! Thank you for making this trip a vacation!
Jacob is full of life, loves his job and it shows in the way he respects everyone. He was helpful, kind and wonderful to talk with. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes seeks clean & tidy
Beautiful property!!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!! I was greeted by Jacob at the front desk who was amazing and very helpful. Jacob went above and beyond making sure our stay was incredible!!! Desiree Velazquez the agm also greeted me upon arrival and was amazing as well . We had a couple of drinks at the hotel bar where Jimmy the bartender served us up some great adult beverages and gave us some awesome recommendations of areas to visit in Colorado. This will definitely be my go to place while visiting Littleton, Colorado.
I had a comfortable stay while I was here. Jacob was helpful in the checking in process and very friendly througout my stay. He always has a smile on his face and I enjoy how he asks about our day when we get back and is genuine about it. You can tell that he enjoys his job.
Our family of four had a wonderful experience at the Littleton Fairfield Inn overnight on March 12. The staff was outstanding. We had a small hiccup checking in and the people working the front desk solved our problem immediately. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. 4 comfy pillows with varying degrees of firm/fluffiness on each bed. Towels were soft. The front desk attendant was happy to provide us with a complimentary toothbrush. We had 2 huge TVs in our double suite with pullout sofa. Saturday Night Live airs at 9:30 here so we were well rested for a day on the mountain. The thermostat was easy to control - actually turned on the a/c to sleep cool. Water bottle refill station is located in the gym with key entry. The breakfast was impressive. Cuter than usual waffles, cage free scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, variety of yogurt, oatmeal with large selection of toppings, cold cereal, breads, muffins, scones, and bagels, (daughter liked the banana muffin), good looking oranges and bananas, large selection of nice teas and coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There was probably more! Damien was also super helpful and friendly. Provided me with a stamp and mailed my postcard AND my son realized he left his charger after we were too far along to turn around and Damien immediately ran up to the room, found it and brought it down and had it waiting for our friends to pick up for us. We were so appreciative. Close to a (nicer than our one at home) Walmart. We will definitely stay at this Fairfield Inn & Suites next time we drive through Denver/Littleton and will seek them out in other towns in the future.

This was an average stay. I stayed two nights while visiting family. The first night, I had trouble with tons of noise- I could hear people in the hallway, people in one room next to me, people at the fire pit below my room, the AC switching on, and traffic noise. I was shocked. None of the people were being loud or inconsiderate- the noise just traveled that well. The second night, I turned the AC fan to stay on, and this helped considerably with the noise. I did not enjoy breakfast. I’m a picky eater so I found the options to be limited, but even the things I usually like were not enjoyable. I ended up getting breakfast elsewhere which kinda defeats the purpose of staying somewhere with breakfast. With all that said, I’d likely still return because it’s so close to my family’s house. The size of the room was great for me as a solo traveler, and it appeared clean.
