As others have said here, the food is excellent, but the woman with the short hair (assuming owner) is very rude, pushy, and made us uncomfortable. I was having a nice dinner with a friend and we got into a deep and meaningful conversation. She came by 4 separate times to ask if we needed a box (we didn’t need one). They weren’t busy and there were about 9 empty tables at any given time. I went up to pay the check and she condescendingly told me “you’re going to have to wait”. Try somewhere else there are other great Thai places in the area.

It's probably one of the better Thai restaurants around. I've always enjoyed the dishes I try here. I used to go to the other 2 locations all the time, but I don't live in that part of town anymore. I would recommend trying this place out if you are in the mood for some pretty decent Thai. I've tried probably 20+ things on the menu and have never been disappointed.

Terrible business. I came to pick up and order and when I asked how long the wait would be the lady got angry and told me she didnt have time to deal with me.(because im black and pickin up for uber) she then told me to cancel the order if I dont want to wait when I simply was asking because I was going to wait in my car. I find it strange how immigrants have hate for people yet expect the entire country to conform to their rudeness and blatant racism as if I dont know my own history in America. Im married to a white man and he was shocked at how loud and snappy she got with me. I wouldnt trust the 2 cent food they sell at a taxed price. Learn to to a real citizen and practice real business policies that include hospitality and not just fake smiling while u take American money.
It was just ok. Not bad but I wouldn’t eat here again. Absolutely nothing authentic about it. I order drunken noodles with chicken, Thai eggplant with steamed rice and Panang curry with steamed rice. The eggplant was delicious, the curry was just ok and the drunken noodles were some of the worst that I’ve ever had. Eggplant was really flavorful and tasted like it had some good wok char on it and the sauce was delicious and everything was really fresh. The Panang curry had decent flavor but definitely tastes like it came from a jar and the sauce was super runny. Not at all what a thick and rich Panang curry should be. It also had potatoes in it, which is weird. Only Masamune Curry should have potatoes in it, and I suspect that if I ordered any one of their other curries, it would be all of the same vegetables again. It was pretty generic and boring. The drunken noodles…what a shame. It was like they took some pre-cooked noodles and chicken and heated them up in the microwave and stirred some overly sweet sauce in. There was no wok char on the noodles whatsoever and they were a little under cooked and were mostly just stuck together in big clumps. It was just off . There are a lot of Thai places to choose from and this one can be skipped.

The worst Thai food I've ever had in my life. Absolutely disgusting. The high reviews are from those who have never had authentic Thai food and eat Panda Express. Do not eat here.

This Thai restaurant was VERY disappointing. Don’t waste your money here. The Pad Thai had an unpleasant tomato sauce flavor, the Thai chicken salad tasted off, and the chicken lettuce wraps were completely bland. I would not recommend going here.

We found Thai Basil on GrubHub. The food is absolutely delicious. We have ordered from there several times now. I would highly recommend it if you're looking for a quick dinner option. Fast delivery and great food. We are looking forward to visiting the restaurant in person sometime in the near future.

Everything we try here is outstanding!
Excellent portions. The food is good. I would say the Thai noodle dishes have fried rice we tried were not amazing, a little on the bland side, but, everything was fresh and we were definitely satisfied upon leaving. The tofu and veggies were good, chicken was tender. Decor is a little bit bland strip mall, but modern and clean. Service was excellent (this was lunch time on a Sunday).
Dietary restrictions: Offered gluten free options for many or most dishes, really nice
Kid-friendliness: informal dining, should be fine for kids

Went here for lunch. I thought the food was delicious and the pricing for the portions was generous. And they were advertising an all day every day $2 wine happy hour that I'll be returning for one evening!

If you order online, they charge a $3.00 “online” fee that gets added to your order only after you have placed it. This is a dishonest and frankly scummy business practice.

The dumplings are terrible. The ordering app does not note spice level properly. Rest of meal was between average and poor. I won't be back.
