first time trying this place and it was great! I got the lunch portion of the chicken lo mein and it was great! Tons of chicken, onions, and fresh noodles! It comes W/ sprouts but I asked to have them removed (which they kindly did). I also got the crab rangoons - these are some of the best I’ve had in the Denver metro area - the filling is excellent. I also got a free egg roll, so that was a nice surprise. Lastly - the delivery was fast! Will def be ordering again!

We ordered a delivery via Uber Eats and the food was wretched. The fried rice was an extra charge and it was nothing like fried rice should be there was nothing but the rice itself which perhaps had been pan sautéed with no other veggies added. The steamed dumplings were tasteless and unedible and the chicken satay was dried out, tough and overcooked. It was a complete and horrible disappointment.

Our waitress (I think Eddy) is really sweet and friendly every time we go. We've been going for years and when they updated the place the atmosphere is nice. I'm really picky about my food (especially since I started cooking ethnic food) and I not only appreciate theirs more but I can also tell when it's quality as well. As of today they are still better than I am, but I'll keep trying. :) In the meantime we eat here for some great food and a lovely experience. I had dessert for the very first time tonight. Delish!!

Food is always great! Tried the Pad Se-Lew combo, medium heat today. Usually prefer chicken, seafood or tofu. The beef in the combo was delicious & so tender. Really great!!

We ordered takeout tonight. It was so bad, I can’t believe they are in business.

Soggy noodles served in a pool of mush. No flavor to any of the dishes.

It was really that bad.

Customer Service was terrible, no eye contact, acknowledgement was met with wondering eyes. I had asked for a water while I waited for my food that didn't happen. The host went and got drinks for other tables, completely ignored me. Third time I've been here WILL NOT COME BACK!! Food is OK.

My first time eating here and the coconut lime chicken is delicious. Food was done fast, order to go, and the host was very nice.

If you haven’t been to Thai Basil, you owe it to yourself to get there. The food is absolutely fantastic - soooooo goooood! Great service and a cool dining room just add to the experience. We always order more than we can eat (our eyes are bigger than our stomachs), so we end up with leftovers and another meal - it’s like double prizes!

Very reliable neighborhood Thai. Lots of their dishes can be made gluten free if you ask (still very tasty).

As others have said here, the food is excellent, but the woman with the short hair (assuming owner) is very rude, pushy, and made us uncomfortable. I was having a nice dinner with a friend and we got into a deep and meaningful conversation. She came by 4 separate times to ask if we needed a box (we didn’t need one). They weren’t busy and there were about 9 empty tables at any given time. I went up to pay the check and she condescendingly told me “you’re going to have to wait”. Try somewhere else there are other great Thai places in the area.

It's probably one of the better Thai restaurants around. I've always enjoyed the dishes I try here. I used to go to the other 2 locations all the time, but I don't live in that part of town anymore. I would recommend trying this place out if you are in the mood for some pretty decent Thai. I've tried probably 20+ things on the menu and have never been disappointed.

Terrible business. I came to pick up and order and when I asked how long the wait would be the lady got angry and told me she didnt have time to deal with me.(because im black and pickin up for uber) she then told me to cancel the order if I dont want to wait when I simply was asking because I was going to wait in my car. I find it strange how immigrants have hate for people yet expect the entire country to conform to their rudeness and blatant racism as if I dont know my own history in America. Im married to a white man and he was shocked at how loud and snappy she got with me. I wouldnt trust the 2 cent food they sell at a taxed price. Learn to to a real citizen and practice real business policies that include hospitality and not just fake smiling while u take American money.

It was just ok. Not bad but I wouldn’t eat here again. Absolutely nothing authentic about it. I order drunken noodles with chicken, Thai eggplant with steamed rice and Panang curry with steamed rice. The eggplant was delicious, the curry was just ok and the drunken noodles were some of the worst that I’ve ever had. Eggplant was really flavorful and tasted like it had some good wok char on it and the sauce was delicious and everything was really fresh. The Panang curry had decent flavor but definitely tastes like it came from a jar and the sauce was super runny. Not at all what a thick and rich Panang curry should be. It also had potatoes in it, which is weird. Only Masamune Curry should have potatoes in it, and I suspect that if I ordered any one of their other curries, it would be all of the same vegetables again. It was pretty generic and boring. The drunken noodles…what a shame. It was like they took some pre-cooked noodles and chicken and heated them up in the microwave and stirred some overly sweet sauce in. There was no wok char on the noodles whatsoever and they were a little under cooked and were mostly just stuck together in big clumps. It was just off . There are a lot of Thai places to choose from and this one can be skipped.
