Had a great experience at Thai Bistro! I ordered the Spicy Thai with Chicken and the Sweet and Sour Thai with Beef — both were absolutely delicious. The spice level was just right, and the flavors were spot on. Although they were short-staffed and had a limited menu during my visit, the service was still friendly and efficient. The calming atmosphere made the meal even more enjoyable. Definitely looking forward to coming back when the full menu is available!
For decades, Thai Bistro has been a pillar of Thai cuisine in the south Denver area. I have been eating here for 20+ years and it has been consistently incredible; true testament to their integrity in upholding these wildly delicious recipes. This is our go to Thai in Littleton! It's authentic and delicious. The owners know my husband and I by name and take such good care of us. I could not recommend this place more!
