Fantastic, as always! Our server was so nice, super friendly, and really made a regular night out, fun!

Not ever coming back here, terrible service and the food was overpriced for the quality we received!

The atmosphere is amazing!! Absolutely amazing service and food. There’s something for everyone here with the huge menu! The portions are pretty big so I like to share typically but it’s so yummy I usually eat most of it myself!!

We visited The Cheesecake Factory in Park meadows last weekend with friends, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We were initially told the wait would be 40 minutes, but it ended up taking over an hour. When I asked for an update, the front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Once seated, it took an unusually long time for our food to arrive, making the entire evening feel dragged out. The only positive part of our visit was our waitress, she was kind and attentive. Overall, though, it was a frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I feel compelled to change the review since I had been contacted regarding my first review. With a surprisingly transparent response I can't help but feel they made the concerns I had right, so it's difficult to downplay good service after I'm no longer even in the restaurant.

The location is quite ambient, large, and full of personality. The workers were friendly; our waitress was pleasant but perhaps quite busy.
The water cups might as well have been designed for children for how small they were. We had to flag down different waiters more or less to have a normal amount of water. The food was ranging from good and there was an effort to fix a snag in the dining experience.

The name sake of this location lives up to it; these cheesecakes are delicious. It should be of note that the price tags are kind of exorbitant for what you get, so be aware.

I mainly go here for the cheesecake options.

Parking: Typical mall parking can make it difficult to find a place close the entrance.

I placed an order for pickup tonight and could not be more disappointed. First, my husband went to pick it up and was standing in line. He was next in line and the cashier literally looked AROUND him to the next person and asked if they were there for a pickup. My husband leaned over and interrupted and said he was there for a pickup as he was about to be completely ignored. He gets home with the food and the amount of bread we received was laughable. We ordered 3 entrees and a kids meal so obviously 4 people. We got 1/4 loaf of each type of bread. They sent less than what they would have initially brought a table of 4 had we eaten there. We’ve done takeout before at other locations and have been given decent amounts of bread. I wouldn’t be as annoyed if he had at least received decent service while picking up. Cheesecake Factory is known for their large serving sizes and the entrees were small as well. We could have paid half this amount elsewhere for double the amount of food. Will not be returning we will just drive to the Denver location instead.

Staff was very friendly. They had accommodations for our stroller and sat faster then the time they gave us. Definitely coming back.

I'm updating a former review we did a year ago. We went there on a Saturday at 1:30 and although it is 10 days before Christmas they were slammed. After short wait we wound up sitting next to one of the waiter stations and that is an unpleasant experience that I will never do again. Hearing the silverware loaded and the door slammed and the high chairs brought in and out and the conversations between the bus boys at top volume while we're trying to enjoy lunch was a little unnerving.

Initial service was slow and we did speak to the manager because it was that bad he did get us our drinks and then our waiter finally showed up. He did show up initially but never came back. We ordered an appetizer and two meals and it was okay we also got cheesecake also the cheesecake wasn't the greatest first time ever. I'm sure this is an isolated times but this one wasn't the best. We dropped 100 bucks and I can safely say it would have been better spent elsewhere but I will go back just not when they're that busy.
