Made reservations for 6pm and we were told we had to wait 15-30 minutes. What is the point of making a reservation if we have to wait? When I asked she said oh I can seat you now, then take us to a community like table. We said we don’t want to sit there we want a booth and said there is only two of you, we can’t put you in a booth. We decided to leave: I won’t spend my money here after being treated like our business doesn’t matter. I will never come here again!

so happy there is a cheesecake close to home we received exceptional service from our server and the manager who made sure we got our food nice and promptly my favorite is lousina parm chicken pasta with angelhair of bowtie so yummy caregul with the mixed drinks they dont skimp on the alcohol 🤩

Today,December 6th 2024, my sweetie and I decided to have a date night here. Our server was Abby/Abigail. And this review is just for her. She was kind, knowledgeable and such a joy to be around. She made our night so memorable, I truly hope we get her again when we come back.

Abby if you're reading this, thank you so much for your over the top service. You don't know how much your kindness meant to us. We have had such a hard past month and decided to go out and enjoy each other and the night, and you made it extra special. Words cannot thank you enough. Never lose your sparkle!

Seth was my server and the service was spectacular! I highly recommend coming in during happy hour (4-6pm mon-fri) for great deals on their small plates & snacks menu items 😊

For some reason(cant point my finger ob what exactly) the cheesecake in Denver downtown superceeds my expectations as compared to thisone.

I ordered the 7-inch Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake for a special birthday. It came in a beautiful box, however once I opened the box and took out the cake it was so aestetically mispleasing and disappointing. Definitely not worth the $45+ I paid for it nor the quality that the Cheesecake Factory typically offers. The entire outside of the cake was crumbling and once cut into slices crumbled and fell apart in the inside as well. Simply put the aestetics of this cake brought the spirit of my son's 13th birthday party down.

It's a pricey fast food experience. The menu options are expansive, but the quality is not on par with our expectations. Desserts are great, the cheesecake choices are good, and don't disappoint. It's all personal preference.
