My fiance and I went last week to celebrate his birthday. We haven't been in years and won't be going back again. This place use to be good, but our food was nothing less than disappointing. He ordered the steak Diane and shrimp scampi combo. At $28 it was barely even a lunch portion of food. The majority of the plate was piled with unflavored and hardly mashed, mashed potatoes. The "steak medallions" were literally 4 pieces of already cut up steak, barely 1oz of meat. It came with 3 shrimp in a butter sauce, no pasta for the "shrimp scampi". The portions were embarrassing and not what I ever remember them being, especially at the expensive price! The manager made a poor attempt to reconcile, offering a side of more mushrooms. He explained the portion is their normal portion so we know what to expect in the future. But not to worry, we will never be back to Cheesecake Factory again. The waitress was the only positive, she had a great attitude. Otherwise, 2 thumbs down for the $120 meal that left us hungry and disappointed.

Awesome food, great service, and lots of great choices on the menu!
I really enjoyed this place the staff was great and helped play a your paying the whole bill for 15 people joke on one of our friends with us. The staff was very nice and accommodating us even tho some of our party showed up late the food was delicious. Love that there is a big parking lot as I hate it when restaurants are popular and have a small parking lot. Oh and the cheese cake is so good I had the coconut

I haven’t been to the Cheesecake Factory in years but this is my favorite location. Staff was so friendly and helpful. My server Jaime was really nice and got my complicated order 100% right. I’ll def return in the future. Food was super delicious.Parking: Tons of spots, easy to find.

I'm just not a big fan in general.The item I order always sounds and looks amazing but, usually lacks in flavor.Parking: Located in a shopping mall with access from the outside.Parking is shared with the mall but is rarely so full you can't park close
The food was delicious, but our server seemed overrun and had too much to do at one time. They had servers bringing us food to the table that wasn't ours due to confusion from all employees but was overall a good experience on the patio!

Very disappointed after ordering takeout. The fried shrimp had zero flavor of shrimp. It tasted like fried breading. The last several times has just become tasteless. I think I am done with Cheesecake Factory.

I booked through the website and the rewards mentioned that I would have a complimentary slice for the celebration, which was not the case, they gave me a glass of cocktail with supermarket cream and a melted chocolate. And something else to mention, I don't mean by this that I love being sung happy birthday, in fact I'm somewhat embarrassed in a public place..... but they never sang my birthday to me as is customary.And I also want to clarify that I not only booked through the page that says that that day was my birthday, but also that when my wife arrives she mentions it to both the reception and the waitress.
