Food is fine, customer service is often lacking. Ordered online and mistakenly placed the order for 6:15 pickup instead of delivery (this was my mistake). I called the store about 6:30 to check on status as it had not been delivered yet. They looked me up and told me were running behind and it would be another 25-30 minutes (no mention that it was setup as takeout). Around 7:00, the store called me and said my order was waiting for pickup and had been sitting there since 6:15. I explained the earlier call and that I thought it was delivery. They seemed inconvenienced and acted like I was an idiot, saying they didn't even have an address so how could they deliver it. No acknowledgement of the miscommunication in the earlier call or any attempt to make the situation better.

What kind of location in 2024 doesn't have tap to pay especially with a digital system every location that I've been to has tap to pay to come and waste my time because they don't have digital currency is kind of ridiculous, one star until they get digital pay.

I absolutely love this location and company! The staff is always friendly, and the quality of the food is top-notch. I highly recommend trying the meat pinwheels or even the vegetarian ones – they’re fantastic! Each comes with a side of sauce that's simply phenomenal. If you can, don’t miss out on the garlic knots, they’re always great. My only wish is that they stayed open a bit later!
Ok. I am a pizza snob. I grew up between Philly and New York, and it was almost impossible to get bad pizza. It's always something. The sauce. The crust. The cheese. And national franchises are simply the worst. I have lived in pizza deserts for far too long. Ladies and gentlemen...I give you the Original Garlic Knot in Littleton Colorado.
The smell of the place was old school New York. The sauce, the spices. Did I mention garlic? Oh baby! My daughter and I ordered garlic knots ( of course!) and a Mulberry Street pizza.
The pizza was a bit of brilliance, half red pizza, half white. I had never seen that combo before, and it was perfect.
We chatted with the owner, a former New Yorker who carried the recipes from Queens to it's current location. I missed his name, which I regret. He was affable, and charming...but the food?
The crust was New York style perfection. Not too thick. Not too thin, with just the right bite texture. (I did mention that I was a pizza snob?) The sauce was the just right blend of tang, without the acid. The cheese mix on my side was perfect...just the right amount of mozzarella and ricotta.
I warned the owner I might make rude noises after the first bite. Pizza can have a memory, and this brought me back home. Did I mention that the prices were reasonable?
So even if we have to drive the 9 miles from home,this will be our go to pizza place. The decor is NY too, but simple. Where I come from, you aren't going to a great pizza place for the art.
The best pizza for delivery in our area. Abundance of toppings and perfectly cooked crust. Garlic knots are terrific!
