If you have physically impaired folks, this place is HORRIBLE!!
They seated us on the top floor, even after we said we needed ADA Access.
20 steps up to seating, 30 steps DOWN to restrooms, no elevator or escalator.
My wife could not get back up the stairs to our table. I had to leave her in the lobby.
NOT 1 employee offered any assistance.
NEVER AGAIN!!!

My wife and I go once or twice a year. Highly recommend the romance packages to add some extra ambience to your experience! Service is always top notch, and their 4 course meal is to die for! It's definitely a bit on the pricey side but it's worth it for a celebration!

Was expecting a better eating experience. We went for lunch and we ate in the lower level. The two course option only allowed a cheese fondue and dessert and we would have preferred a protein option instead of a dessert . Even if there was an up charge for the two course option we would have been fine with that. Lighting does need to be added down in the lower level as it was ridiculously dark. I am all for a romantic setting, but it felt like we were in a cave. Just too dark!

My family took me to The Melting Pot for my birthday, and we had such a wonderful experience from start to finish. Chelsea and Tristen were amazing! They were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly all night. I was told “happy birthday” many times and treated to a champagne toast- including an alcohol free drink for my son so he could participate in the toast too.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paced so we could really enjoy each course without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. From the cheese fondue to the dessert, everything was absolutely delicious.

The building itself is beautiful and full of character, which made the whole evening feel even more special. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a fun, delicious, and stress-free celebration.

Fun waiter, great food, only come here if you love the person you are with, because it takes a looooong time... But on purpose. ;-)

This restaurant offers a unique, interactive dining experience centered around fondue. It’s perfect for a relaxed evening out with friends or a special date night. We only have dessert because i had dinner on a nearby restaurant.
Service is attentive, and the atmosphere is cozy. I will come back to Go for the full experience! Make sure to make a reservation on special occasions!

Coral H was awesome. Went here for an anniversary lunch and the food is great as always. The best part is the staff, though. Awesome attitude, fun conversations and a great positive vibe from Coral. Would highly recommend requesting her for your table if possible!

I know I took more pictures than this. I'll add them when I find them.

I always love the Melting Pot, my hubby thought it was bland. However, he doesn't like sauces, soooo it would be.

We did the four course lunch.

*cheese fondue: (we ordered fiesta cheddar) it comes with bread, veggies, apples and tortilla chips for dipping. It was delicious.

*salads: I always get the strawberry almond. I love the vignette

*wine and broth: cooking styles, both do give the food more flavor

The entrée we had had two types of beef, chicken, shrimp, pork and ravioli. Its two per person of each.

*chocolate fondue: we got the ying and yang and milk chocolate. It comes with strawberries, pineapple, three different kinds of marshmallows, and a couple types of cakes.

I was disappointed they didn't light it on fire for the marshmallows.

Overall, was good. We waited around for our waitress a lot but it is always enjoyable.

My 3rd time at The Melting Pot. This review, I believe, is more for management. At this restaurant, the experience is created by the staff. Staff is not very knowledgeable. My salad dressing was described as sweet and tangy, not a honey mustard. I would have ordered something else. A side of blue cheese crumbles was requested, and I was told staff were being too liberal with it as she stiffened up to tell me this. My birthday guest got his salad, which came late with blue cheese crumbles. I felt pressured and ordered in a way through the meal. People pay a great deal of money to come to this restaurant, Management should obviously keep an eye on cost. However, the customer is important for repeat visits. I would have gladly paid extra for the blue cheese. This experience was not as good as my 2nd, not sure I'll be back.
