Genuinely one of my favorite places to eat - this location especially is so quaint and has an absolutely unmatched atmosphere. The melting pot is a tradition for me & my best friend on special occasions, and most recently we celebrated her birthday here yesterday! Our server Elizabeth A was absolutely incredible and we credit a lot of the 5 star experience from this night to her!!!! She was so knowledgeable about the menu, had the best attitude, came to check on us often, and absolutely charmed my best friend & I. Thank you to this location for employing such lovely people. Cheers!Parking: There is a parking lot with an attendant that offers valet services, but if you self-park it's free! The self-park spaces are a bit further from the building than the valet. I just told the guy I had a reservation and he let us park.

My best friend and I have a tradition of coming to the melting pot on special occasions, birthdays, holidays, the works. We always have a great time and a fantastic meal, but our server Elizabeth (A) was our light in the glittering hull of the ancestral building. She was understanding, sweet, and attentive - as well as incredibly mindful of my friends cheese preferences. I had a beautiful birthday celebration and will be happy to come back for the next occasion ! :)

-The service was wonderful.-The quality of the steak they served was very poor, I don't think it was fresh. The salad dressing tasted like cheap store bought dressing not good at all.-The atmosphere was good except for the out of place red and yellow tables, they are nauseating to look at and don't fit the decor at all.- We told them we were there for a birthday celebration and they completely disregarded it.

I took my lady here for a romantic night for our anniversary tonight. I asked to switch tables twice because they were trying to seat us at combined tables and we wanted a booth for a bit of privacy and so we could talk. They were able to seat us at an adaquate table in the basement. Not 5 minutes later they sat a table of 3 teen age boys with no adult directly across from us. Needless to say, there was no talking between us. We could not hear each other over the extremely loud teen age crude jokes and endless video game competions. ( I must have upset mangement so they were going to show.me.) I like kids, I have 3 of my own. We just wanted an anniversary dinner away from that, and did not get it.) I would not recommend this place for a special occasion or anniversary. It is not romantic in the least. Horrible atmosphere. Great service from our waiter.

I had never been and my adult sons took me for my 55th Birthday. Food was good but not exceptional for the price of $75 pp. They sat us on the top floor and there was construction that was pretty ugly to look at

This was the best melting pot I’ve been to! Probably the best atmosphere with the most history!

From the minute we arrived, we were rushed. Kiddos birthday party of 6. Ordered 6 beef plate combos. Appetizer, salad, entree, dessert. Tough, cheap, chewy cuts of meat. Not what you'd expect for the cost. The quality of food and the experience has gone down hill for the premium price. Maybe my expectations were a little high for 500 bucks or maybe this is the new standard.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! Sat down and our cooktop was missing, (to be fair we didn't realize as it was dark and the cooktops are black.) The server brought a new one and we proceeded to have a wonderful anniversary dinner with my loving husband ONLY to have it SPOILED by the manager (on instructions by the OWNER) to check our coat (not wearing any but a jean jacket that I kept on the entire time) and my purse!!! (Not big enough for a cook top!) BLAMING us for the loss! SERIOUSLY?!?! We weren't the only people in the room, but did they ask anyone else? NOPE!!! NOT going BACK! VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!The OWNER of the Melting Pot reached out and APOLOGIZED. I am publicly accepting that apology as everything prior to that last engagement was lovely. Scott and I truly had a wonderful anniversary dinner, the food was delicious and the servers were great. It may still take me a while to go back, and next time I will be ensuring that there is a burner BEFORE I sit down. But, it was big of the OWNER to reach out and apologize.

Wonderful place! We went for my birthday they had the table beautifully decorated with a floating candle, rose petals and a beautiful longstem rose. The food was amazing we went for the big night out and ended with the Ying/Yang desert chocolate. The big Night out was perfect it had a little of everything salmon, shrimp, chicken and beef filet. Highly recommend for a date night or get together.

We took our kids there for a fun treat. They loved chocolate fondue, and they had quite a few different dippers with the desserts, but were only so so on the rest of it. The entree selections had a good variety of meats to cook but their dipping sauces left something to be desired. The service was great and there was a wonderful drinks menu. But for the price for a family of five, I was a little disappointed. It did make for a fun outing, and if you have a special occasion for a couple, where you don't mind paying a premium, it is a fun time out.

It was wonderful, with the exception of sitting for 45 minutes before anything even started... No food, just water and the kids drinks. Major disappointment, especially since the whole experience takes so long to begin with. Not really acceptable ever, and most definitely at a higher-end restaurant where you're paying over $300+.
