This place is amazing. Everything I've tried is delicious but my favorites are the chilaquiles with shredded beef and the peach crumble pancakes. They make a delicious pumping spice latte as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!

My wife and I discovered Toast when looking online for breakfast places in Littleton, Colorado. It had high marks in the online reviews, so we decided to give it a go before walking on the Platte River Trail. We have visited twice over the last month. I have to say the atmosphere in this establishment feels cozy to us. The colors and furnishings are pleasant. The staff seems to be on top of things as the service has been excellent during both visits. From placing an order to receiving the food pretty quickly (even when the place was buzzing on our first visit) to the follow-up, the staff has been great in our opinion. In each of our two visits we got a cinnamon roll to start which was warm and loaded with frosting--almost feels like a meal in itself since it is so rich. We also went with lattes instead of regular drip coffee on both visits. My wife tried the lavender honey which she enjoyed, but we both have had the cafe creme brulee which we both enjoyed. A bit on the sweet side though. My wife has tried their avocado toast and the eggs blackstone (w/mixed greens) and very much enjoyed both, very filling. I have had the bacon & cheese omelet (w/the hashbrowns) and most recently, the chicken fried steak (w/the hashbrowns). Their gravy might have had bits of sausage (?) in it. Their portions are generous and I actually had to take two-thirds of the chicken fried steak home (the cinnamon roll when we first arrived didn't help). However, it was all very, very good. Note they are only open 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. doing breakfast and lunch, but that is seven days per week. We will continue to give our business to them. Great place!
One of the best breakfast burritos you will ever eat. It’s a fancy burrito, big enough to split. If you’re from Denver, you know about Santiago’s green chile burritos—this is the fancy Littleton/Highlands Ranch version and I mean that in a good way. If you don’t like a smothered breakfast burrito, you shouldn’t read any more of my reviews. For those that are not local, you can’t order wrong at Toast. I do miss the location near Denver Seminary!
Pancakes were really tough which was a weird experience but the idea was Aten. I give it a three with hopes Of returning soon.
I would recommend outside patio as it's quieter .
Have loved Toast for years, but the prices have definitely slowed how often we come back. $11 for a very watered down Cherry limeade and were surprised to find they now charge for kids refills (with much smaller cups than they previously had). Our family of 4 was at almost $30 in drinks alone (no alcohol).
I was seated right away.
I was gorgeous outside so it would have been nice to be asked if I would have preferred to sit outside - but I’m pretty sure it was packed. So it was fine.
I ordered the Chilaquiles and Crème Brûlée Specialty coffee/latte.
The Chilaquiles was on point. Only thing I think might be improved would be less of the chips or an additional egg, It’s a lot of chip-strips. However I did make a dent. 😉
The crème brûlée latte was good. Pretty sweet, if you really like sweet. Consider asking them to go light on the syrup.
Wait staff were pleasant and efficient, buzzing around and the food came out quickly.
I attached a picture of my Chilaquiles, but I promise it looked better before I cut it all up. 🤣 And the pickled onions- (almost forgot), I would get extra of those- delicious !
The ambience is adorable- little toast-shaped canvas paintings hung imitating famous works of art. I attached an example of the real Matisse painting for instance at the Phillips collection in DC and the cute little toast mini-me. So cute.
So if you are into fine art, and “fine food”… great place to grab a quick bite and fill your tummy.

Yum! The food is always on point and the service is friendly.
Found this restaurant thanks to TripAdvisor. On vacation with the family in the Denver area and wanted a solid breakfast option. This place did not disappoint. Great food and service.
I had the flight of French toast including a mix of their cinnamon roll and banana walnut. Both were excellent options.
My son loved the Monte Cristo while my wife enjoyed the apple, fig, and brie plate.
Overall, great place to eat if you're in the area. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Always good
Excellent in every way. Highly recommended. 10 stars!!!
I love breakfast at Toast. I like the variety of southwestern breakfast dishes as well as the frittata, omelettes and pancakes. Recent trip for my birthday I had a mocha coffee too. The chiquiles are awesome 👍 and beef brisket eggs Benedict 😋 yum.
