Not much team work going on here, two people in the kitchen working on orders as fast as possible, one person putting to-go orders, and a fourth "hanging around" not acknowledging new customers.The comments about being understaffed are accurate, while waiting for our online to-go order a group of four came in and were told that is 30+ minute wait, really kills the enjoyment of being there.I do like the menu, but if a "Signature" item is going to be offered, like the Shoyu Ramen make sure all of the requested ingredients are available during the complete hours of operation.

EVERY TIME I ORDER FROM DOOR DASH, TOKYO JOES FORGETS THE SAUCE FOR THE SPRING ROLLS I ORDER! So frustrating because I get charged for an item I cannot eat because there is NO SAUCE! Door Dash was sympathetic to my situation noting how many times this happens to me and finally refunded the full amount of the spring rolls. PLEASE BE MORE MINDFUL TJ’s and include sauces ordered that complete the meal.

Tjs is hit or miss. I've had some really great meals here. Occasionally I get one that's not the best bowl but over all I eat there regularly...Vegetarian options: Again my wife been vegetarian 25 years. She has no problem finding menu options here..
It's disgusting.- Kitchen completely filthy. Saw a roach climbing the wall.-The kids there have no idea of cleanliness or food safety. Saw people put their pans of sauce on the ground and just leave them there for other people to step in and/or spill on the floor (they don't have any drains in the kitchen so going to completely get sticky without a way to mop it up)-They forget to cook their rice even, and their chicken is disgusting being cooked on the grill as it is. Dark chicken is usually undercooked.Bottom line: DO NOT EVER GO HERE.

The food is great and the store has a modern vibe. There is a privacy table for four people. There are handout menus. There are children's options. There are vegetarian options.Parking: The lot is a mall parking area, and has lots of space, seeing as there is a dance building next door, with fewer customers.Kid-friendliness: There are so many kid options it's madness! There are fun bento boxes for children, and when wanting to tag along with the fun, there are adult portioned bento boxes on the weekends!Wheelchair accessibility: There are wide paths, but you will have to enter the mall, not the main Tokyo Joe's door.
Food was totally on point at our visit yesterday. Sushi was made extremely well. The rice was done perfect!!

My girlfriend and I along with our 2 toddlers cane here for dinner. The person taking our order was extremely rude and was acting very condescending when we asked a question about the menu. When the food came out the pot stickers were cold, the chicken for the big bowl tasted very off as well as the ramen. The snap peas were old, and both the Spinach and salad were wilted. Overall a very disappointing experience. We definitely won't be back any time soon.

I had placed an order the night before and had Uber eats deliver, it was excellent. I always tip 20% because I’ve done that type of work in a previous life. So I decided on my way out of town I’d stop by and get a to go order. We don’t have Tokyo joes where I’m from. I placed my order and chose not to give a tip on my card, I had cash in hand for that but wanted to see what service I’d receive. I sat and waited for over 30 minutes, watching the kitchen staff come out and pull tickets off the front register instead of using the automated system, I could only think he was seeing what people gave as tips. Because it was weird. He also took personal calls on his cell. No biggy, we all have lives. The kicker was that every order before me was finalized and multiple orders after mine also. Including another to go order that was finished before mine. When I got my order it was missing my sauce. When I got to my car the bowl I requested was completely wrong. Missing the majority of my vegetables but instead had the same veggies for my friend, 3 instead of the 5 I chose plus jalapeños and avocado. While the staff was friendly on the front line, guy with blue hair was rocking and rolling, I was pretty annoyed to not receive what I paid for including the avocado that has an up charge. Glad I chose to give a tip as cash because the kitchen staff blew it for everyone. Not to self to choose a different location in the future when I return.
