Love the seating area at this VI. Much more open and comfortable.

This place used to be great! Lack of staff and the food has made it terrible now. Our drink order was taken after 2 tables that were behind us got their food order in. We were told a 10 minute wait, and it was 27 minutes. We won't be back.
I've attached a photo of what is supposed to be a banana cream waffle. I have no idea what that orange stuff is. Nasty...

Despite it being extremely busy, the young man working the host stand made sure all guest were taken care of whilst helping with many other things. Him and the young Hispanic lady serving other guests were carrying the rest of the work staffs slack and lack of effort . Although my server wasn’t the best I couldn’t help but admire the dedication and hard work from both these employees.

So you order something from a website called “famed grilled cheese” and when you go to pick it up, you’re at Village Inn? It’s a totally different website separate from village inn. How is that possible? I didn’t know I was ordering food from there. We purposely stopped as the last couple times were atrocious. This is fraud.

The entry way was dirty. Understaffed. Wait time long. There was a bunch of flowers to plant on the same counter as the pie server. Waiters, only 3 and their attire could be cleaner. Our waitress was apologetic and kind. The place looked unkempt. The new remodel was well done.

Ordered a lemon blueberry supreme pie, and a French silk pie on line. My pies were not ready when I arrived and clerk could not find my order, not the clerks fault. A lemon pie was taken from the cooler to the back. I was brought back my two pies, the lemon blueberry in a box under the French silk. I put both pies in the fridge. Two days later when I took them out, I saw the lemon had been covered in blueberry compote which had soaked the pie and crust and box. The pie was not even edible. All was soggy. Village Inn has lost a customer.

Hadn't been to this Village Inn in a long time and will not be coming back. Service was super slow and rushed. Soup was lukewarm, side salad was only wilted lettuce and tomatoes, turkey melt was cold and club sandwich was skimpy. A customer dropped a pie and nobody bothered to clean up the chair or floor. Sad.

Omg, this experience was absolutely AMAZING, I had the orange juice and it was freshly squeezed and outstanding! The food was 5 stars for sure. And the service was on point! The waiter was so nice and did an amazing job 10/10 recommend.
