I recently ordered a birthday cake from here, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, offering helpful suggestions based on our preferences. The cake itself was nothing short of spectacular – it not only looked beautiful but tasted incredible as well, being both gluten-free and dairy free. The flavor was perfectly balanced, with a moist, fluffy texture and just the right amount of sweetness. The custom design of the Denver Broncos logo was incredible, exactly what I envisioned, and it was clear that the bakers put a lot of care and attention into every detail. Everyone at the party was raving about how cool the cake looked and how delicious it was; I couldn’t have asked for a better treat to celebrate such a special occasion. Thank you, Natalie, for making my son’s birthday unforgettable – we’ll definitely be coming back for all future celebrations! Highly recommend!

I seriously love this place. Tons of sweet and savory options that change everyday. My favorites are the breakfast breads. Super moist and don’t taste gluten free at all. This is a celiacs paradise!

I believe the recipes changed. Cake was incredibly dry the last few times; they used to be very moist. They tasted old, and hard (drier than bread). Assuming new owners changed something. The woman who I always see behind the counter (from FL) is nice. But it seems like products have changed and available options for vegan and GF. We don’t frequent as much due to the decrease in quality.

This bakery is one of the best in Colorado. They have amazing breakfast burritos, cupcakes, mini cakes, bread, and other pastries 🍰 😋. Denise, one of the main employees, is always kind, helpful, and has beautiful, positive energy. I would 100% recommend 👌

Have come here a few times for coffee and tried their treats. The lady that always works there is so rude. Their food and sweet treats are not good at all. Coffee is fine, but who wants to have coffee at such an unpleasant place.

We are regulars at this location, and we LOVE IT! The food is so good, the staff is so accommodating, and we get discounts through their point system regularly. We ordered for Thanksgiving and got cinnamon rolls, sourdough bread, and the pumpkin pie cheesecake. EVERYTHING was so delicious and even our “non gluten free” family members were trying to eat our treats :)

Disappointed in the changes since ownership changed. They no longer provide many dairy free options in store unless you preorder. They are also an allergen friendly bakery but none of their items are soy free.
It’s also wildly expensive and since the ownership change they cut the benefits of their loyalty program in half, whereas now the “benefit” is basically nonexistent.

Over $6 for a small single shot latte, that’s a crime to charge that much.

I have gone here on multiple occasions but my two favorite were when I had them make me a cupcake to tell my husband we were having a girl, and this picture of a small cake I asked them to make. Both were made literally so fast and they were hilarious when I picked it up. Love this place and the workers

The desserts were underwhelming. I tried a birthday cake pop that tasted like strawberry and a mini strawberry cheesecake. The mini cake was overly sweet, which was topped with what seemed like strawberry jam.

Very disappointed. Cake was not complete filled with frosting. They didn't taste very good and will never buy another cake there.

This is a wonderful bakery to get things that are Gluten Free. There items are super moist and quite delectable. I purchased a strawberry and creme keto cake and it was wonderful. My non keto friends thought it was amazing. Thank you, Wave the Grain!
