Friendly staff and fast service. However, the chicken nuggets were awful. They tasted sour and chewy. I love wendys but some of the food items need to be improved.

8 years: Hair in breakfast sandwich. Sloppy workers. Otherwise, Good breakfast sandwich and seasoned fries. That's it. New fries have the same problem as the old ones: under the heat lamp for too long. Subpar meal at lunch and dirty. Also, they went political. I just want my old Wendy's back (used to work at them).

Can never get your order right. Last 2 times have not received all my food. And they never answer their phone so your only choices is let them steal your money or go back up and waste your time.

I ran in to quickly grab my kids a drink because they were thirsty after a nearby haircut and dr appt. We stood at the counter without being acknowledged for almost 10 minutes. It wasn't busy inside. There was one family waiting and 2 cars in the drive through. Papers that burgers are wrapped in were falling from a metal shelf to the ground and workers were talking to one another/ making food but no one acknowledged us. We left without being helped.

Medium rare chicken on my Spicy chicken sandwich and really bad service from greasy long haired guy. Every time I attempt to get fast food in the area I’m supremely underwhelmed by literally everything and now that I know they can’t even cook chicken all the way through at this location I won’t be back. Not worth the threat of food poisoning. Total waste of money.

Got the saucy nugs not as good as they used to be they're using less sauce and they were dry. Disappointed. But the service is excellent.

Morning manager is rude and discriminatory towards the homeless who patronize their store. Used to be a weekly customer and I will no longer return to this location. I won't be meant to feel lesser than human by someone who's a single paycheck away from joining me on the streets.

Just now during the night shift, some absolute degenerate employee (long black hair, facial hair, glasses, latin male named Jeremy) messed up our order and evidently did not charge us (which we did not know). When we got home, we realized that two of our burgers had nothing except for meat and cheese on them, so my partner took them back to request for new ones to be made. The same employee said that they were out of everything and that's why they came out like that. So my partner asked for a refund and the guy refused to give a refund. This is obviously illegal, and then the guy just stopped responding to the drive through altogether. So my partner rolled up to the window and whatever manager was working helped him and made the burgers correct, so this other employee apparently lied to us. Then he tried to act like we stole food and he said that he took a picture of our license plate, when he messed up the charge in the first place?? My partner asked for his name and I heard him through the phone picking a fight (just so unprofessional) saying "you don't need to know my name! You could have gotten free food if you hadn't come back!" Like what?? We're not trying to get free food, and definitely not a bad attitude, we just wanted our food made right! Needless to say this has activated Karen mode in me, so I'll be going in to talk to someone and escalate this as necessary.
I just go to get the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger and honestly it wast nasty, the cheese was cool!!!!! And honestly everything was too bad!!!! I buy this before in other store and was amazing but here it’s a sheet!!!!

Ordered 5 jbc combos didn't receive any fries 3 burgers and 4 nuggets . Called multiple times no answer. This keeps happening probably the worst wendys in the denver area.
