Medium rare chicken on my Spicy chicken sandwich and really bad service from greasy long haired guy. Every time I attempt to get fast food in the area I’m supremely underwhelmed by literally everything and now that I know they can’t even cook chicken all the way through at this location I won’t be back. Not worth the threat of food poisoning. Total waste of money.
Got the saucy nugs not as good as they used to be they're using less sauce and they were dry. Disappointed. But the service is excellent.

Morning manager is rude and discriminatory towards the homeless who patronize their store. Used to be a weekly customer and I will no longer return to this location. I won't be meant to feel lesser than human by someone who's a single paycheck away from joining me on the streets.

Just now during the night shift, some absolute degenerate employee (long black hair, facial hair, glasses, latin male named Jeremy) messed up our order and evidently did not charge us (which we did not know). When we got home, we realized that two of our burgers had nothing except for meat and cheese on them, so my partner took them back to request for new ones to be made. The same employee said that they were out of everything and that's why they came out like that. So my partner asked for a refund and the guy refused to give a refund. This is obviously illegal, and then the guy just stopped responding to the drive through altogether. So my partner rolled up to the window and whatever manager was working helped him and made the burgers correct, so this other employee apparently lied to us. Then he tried to act like we stole food and he said that he took a picture of our license plate, when he messed up the charge in the first place?? My partner asked for his name and I heard him through the phone picking a fight (just so unprofessional) saying "you don't need to know my name! You could have gotten free food if you hadn't come back!" Like what?? We're not trying to get free food, and definitely not a bad attitude, we just wanted our food made right! Needless to say this has activated Karen mode in me, so I'll be going in to talk to someone and escalate this as necessary.
I just go to get the new mushroom bacon cheeseburger and honestly it wast nasty, the cheese was cool!!!!! And honestly everything was too bad!!!! I buy this before in other store and was amazing but here it’s a sheet!!!!

Should have known when my food appeared instantly it would be gross. Soggy fries and old spicy chicken sandwich. Keep raising your prices and lowering the service. Well just spend $15 on a burger at an actual burger restaurant that wants our business.

We ordered 7 jr bacon 2 large fries and sm frosty
Got all the way home and realized they were the wrong burgers. They were all regular jr cheeseburgers. My kids are freaking out and starving. Tell my wife to handle them and I drive all the way back to the store. They said they couldn’t do anything even though I had the receipt because I didn’t bring the burgers back. Employees said we have a dick of a manager and he won’t let us fix this without the wrong order. Not going to come back

I don't know what happened to their fresh fries guarantee but this is the FOURTH Wendy's (all different locations) that I've gotten barely warm fries in my order! I like to eat them while I drive home but I had to wait til I got home home to stick them in the air fryer. What a waste. The mushroom bacon burger wasn't that great either, first time trying it. I even asked last time if the fresh fries thing was no longer valid and they said it still was. Guess I'll be taking a break from Wendy's for a while.
