Went in there Sunday around 7:30. The place was so dirty. The employees were talking so loud like it was party time. The wings your to exspensive for what you got. Will not go back.

If you like having your order screwed up every time then Wingstop 1388 is the store for you. Incompetence at every level. If you must have Wingstop store 1388, eat it there so they can hopefully correct it for you when they get it wrong. Seriously, get your wings from anywhere else and save yourself the frustration

Food quality was gross. Wings had no sauce/very dry and rubbery. Had this happen a couple times before, but thought I'd give it another chance. Nearly $20 for 10 wings; no dip or veggies. You can get the same quality food, or better, from a gas station and save yourself $15. I won't be coming back.

The food is great but this is the second time that I order there and when I arrive to the restaurant they have me waiting more than 20 minutes even though I order ahead this is in Brownsville Texas by Southmost rd.

Terrible service. They give you the wrong order, and when you complain, they don't fix the problem. We placed an order for $135, and they gave me a completely different order.

Went to newly opened Tonawanda location for a pick up order we did online. Not only were the fingers cold, they didn’t pack our cheese fries! We didn’t realize it til we got home. I emailed them with no response. Very disappointed!

I got robbed 26$ off of Uber eats I told the driver your gonna have to cancel 3 times I called Uber eats customer service they wouldn't cancel it then I tried talking to the manager about cancelling my delivery he didn't know how I had a highschool student that I talked to twice and hung up on me both times same thing with the manager he hung up me as well so I need to speak with the gm sometime this week I use to work at Wingstop there was never terrible customer service like this
