Had a hiccup but the woman at the cashier and manager was so kind and helpful. I absolutely love the food! Fries are seasoned just right, my boneless wings were perfectly crisped, the woman was so kind to even bring the food out to us. I wish I got her name! The ones with bad reviews are those who have no patience, who feel entitled and as if people aren’t human who make mistakes that CAN be fixed. I went through an issue but with patience, everything was fixed and a customer was made happy. The food was amazing, boneless wings were tender, sauced nicely. And workers were kind.

Had a hiccup but the woman at the cashier and manager was so kind and helpful. I absolutely love the food! They got my order incorrect then when I asked them to correct it they wanted to charge me more. I showed the receipt and it needed to be corrected and the staff had the audacity to say he’ll have to charge me next time. For what! I already paid for it! Customer service has went way down hill. The food isn’t worth the cost. Burnt dry over cooked wings and cold raw undercooked fries. Not to mention every single table was dirty with eaten food that wasn’t cleared and the tables were sticky. Took a long time to get assistance because the staff was in the back laughing and messing around. Definitely need some leadership here.

Order on line for pickip..UberEats..or just walk in and have a seat ..the variety and quantity of wings is endless. Placed an online order 10 minutes before closing. I live close showed up before the place closed to all the lights off and door locked, since I placed the order online I figured it would be ready before I got there, when arriving Carlos informed me he had not made my order and there kitchen was closed, a call would have been nice. Carlos said he would refund me but still haven’t gotten it. Will be talking to higher management tomorrow
