Let me just say this loud and clear: this was hands-down the BEST experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant. Period. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, taken care of, and genuinely appreciated as a guest.

Now let’s talk about the food… THE SALAD. I’m not exaggerating when I say it was the best-tasting salad I’ve ever had in my entire life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced, and clearly crafted with passion. Whoever is back there making those bowls deserves a standing ovation!

And I have to give a massive shout-out to my boy Nico and his entire crew—you guys are absolutely awesome. The service was on point, the energy was great, and you can tell everyone working there actually cares about what they do. That kind of vibe is rare these days, and it made the whole experience even more unforgettable.

If you haven’t been to Matt Green’s at Southwest Plaza in Littleton yet, stop what you’re doing and GO. You won’t regret it.

“Met up with a few friends to grab food and drinks and decided on checking out Spitz. Couldn't have picked a better venue. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was awesome. 2000's pop punk was looping through the speakers and the walls were covered in murals of the same era. The custom drinks were also amazing. Perfect spot to hit up before a Fiddlers Green show or just to catch up with friends. 10/10 would recommend!“

“Today (07-18-2025), at 11:45 I showed up at this location to pick up my online pickup order. I had a printout of my order with me. Kelly told me they couldn't find my order. I showed her the address and time on my sheet, and without missing a beat, she rallied the whole team and started making my stuff. 12 items for 8 people. As things went along, we figured out I had never actually completed the order on my computer earlier that morning. I apologized for causing such a commotion, and thanked her for making it work. She was totally unjudgmental, and totally helpful. Everyone working at that time was, and it was all hands on deck to accommodate my mistaken self, plus everyone else that was coming in. The staff were seamless, and wonderful. Customer service like that is SO rare these days. Thank you, Kelly and team, for getting me back to my Friday Food Fun at the office practically on time, when I feel like many places would've either told me I was out of luck, or had a (maybe rightfully so) bad attitude. You guys rock.“

“This location is one of the best locations. I've gotten the chance to visit many,(SW Plaza, Arapahoe and Quebec) ect. The staff is always pleasant and accurate. The Don Quixote salad is so refreshing it's become my go-to order. The GM Sarina truly cares about the staff as well as the guest experience. “It is very clean. Employees are very friendly. If you need to try a sauce they will give you a taste. They have restrooms available for customers. I absolutely would recommend this place. They do wraps, salads, quinoa bowls, and Mac bowls. If you like a bit of heat they have a spice called mad spice that I suggest.“
