Used door dash and they messed up the whole order, could not even eat anything because of allergies, worst place they should leave lochbuie

Couldn’t even eat my Sandwich because the bread was hard as a rock. The kid making my sandwich was rude and seemed like I was a huge inconvenience.

Lady was rude, had to wait 25+ minutes for our sandwich which was wrong and the bread was hard and falling apart. She stopped working on our sandwich to help people that came in after us then said they were customers, well what were we🤦🏼♀️

The lady making my sandwich was very rude. When I came in the store she seemed annoyed that I was there. When i told her I had an online order she rudely told me it would be some time. I waited patiently and then when she gave me my food I told her I know you’re flustered but I hope you have a better night. She ignored me. Got home and my sandwich was slopingly put together. Paid for the extra protein and it barely had any chicken on the sandwich. All n all it was a great experience. Thanks subway !!!!!!!!!!!

I placed an online order today, I got ther 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t on the racks so I had to flag someone down to get it. My flatbread came uncooked, they didn’t put the sauces that I had on there, so I have an uncooked dry sandwich, I called to see if they would remake it or make it right and she said no it was extremely rude with me and told me they are out of the Baja chipotle sauce and I said I feel like I should’ve been contacted about that or asked if I wanted something else, and she said “we were busy” !? I understand being busy, but I literally had to have you personally hand me my sandwiches you didn’t think to mention it then?
The problem isn’t just that my order was wrong and unfinished it’s primarily the way I was treated

Worse experience at this store only makes sense own workers writing reviews on them self just go in and see for yourself underage workers using equipment they shouldn't don't worry corporate got the pictures of young lady not her fault she doing her job but management must know what they doing

I’ve lived in lochbuie for many years but ever since the new young lady started working there as the manager I’ve sure seen the place improve, it’s so much cleaner. I love how welcoming they are as you enter the building, they never used to do that before she started. Although I did have one problem a few weeks ago, but it was with a guy, he had worked there a bit longer than her and he mostly works nights I believe, he cussed so frequently and overall didn’t have a great experience with him so I prefer going when she is there. So if you really want great service go during the day and she will take great care of ya! As for him I hope he doesn’t hold her back!

Worst experience in a subway ever. I was yelled at and I had to remind them everything I ordered and had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The employees that claim to be siblings Elijah and Asia I think, are so rude!!!!

Had to wait a decent amount of time before I could get my order in even though they were not busy. I don’t know if they had a problem with the equipment or what but the employees were clearly struggling.

Very rude management and manager don’t waste your time stoping here you don’t want her making your food
