I did a delivery order. The bread was hard and I asked for extra mayo and it had no mayo.

Ordered online came 10 minutes after order said it was ready and of course it was not. Restaurant was empty, kid working was undoubtedly high and seemed to have forgotten about online orders. After 20 minutes of walking him through how to make the sandwiches I ordered online he proceeded to try and charge me for what I paid for online
Gayle made our food today… she was the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with there. She started off not by saying “hello” but “please talk slow I’m very tired and have a headache today” … I get having bad days but this woman was on a whole other level, I try to make it easy by ordering my kids sandwiches together since they’re both getting the exact same thing. She insisted on doing one at a time.. annoying but I can deal, and she almost refused to give me more lettuce when I asked for more… so rude… I’d prefer the stoner high school students than this woman. She was terrible.
How can subway be out of bread? What a waste of a restaurant and time.

Today was the first time in a long while that I visited a Subway, and everything looked fresh and tasted even fresher. I appreciate Karen for making perfect sandwiches and using only the freshest ingredients. I'd also like to thank GM Summer for ensuring everything is up to par. I will be sure to visit this location more! Thank you ladies!!

I was sad to give only 3 stars as we live only 5 minutes from here. Hadn't had Subway in ages and it just sounded good! My bread was stale enough that the outside crust just crumbled into dried out flakes of bread while the inside was stale and dry, well past it's prime. The filling was skimpy and not very flavorful. Basically just got a dried out French roll with a thin layer of filling . The iced tea was empty. Serving day old( or more) bread with skimpy fillings may save a few dollars short term but I'm afraid it will not keep this business open. I will probably just drive to Brighton next time.
Really needs help.... I'm not even sure that'll work! Went in to get me and my husband sandwiches on lunch and came out so upset while they are unbothered. Summer really seems to not want a job there as she feels it's necessary to tell me what shouldn't go on my sandwiches. If I want extra then put it. Put 4 slices of meat 1 half tray of steak for a foot long. Put 2 tomatoes on each side of the sandwiches... foot long... we will not be returning.
If you want to stand there 30 minutes while they take care of EVERY online order before you then this is the place for you. Lots of other Subways available, avoid this one.
