Service was stellar, Troy was our server. Very patient with my rambunctious toddler. Willing to go the extra mile too! For was very good, atmosphere was nice.
Amazing food!! Amazing ambiance! The staff is sometimes hit or miss or they ignore you, but mostly it’s been a good experience!
Love this place! Always has the friendliest staff and great food. Love to bring my family here. Great job management!!
Clean appearance. Nice , helpful waiter. I was very disappointed with my meal. Portion size was great and it looked very good. My chicken was so chewy !. Sad really because the taste was there.
The menu changed. The food is lighter but still tastes fantastic! I got the grilled chicken marsala. My husband got the filet. Both were so tasty. After avoiding eating 1500 calories I got the lemon cheesecake that was NOT just a block of sugar. Everything was great, and that includes the service.
Small portions, mediocre bread and pretty bad service. We were here tonight and feel like we wasted $40.
Great food excellent service. Could not ask for more. Christian the bartender was our server and his service was impeccable. Will be back.
I think this place used to be pretty good when they originally opened but the last 4/5 times I've been, it's been so disappointing. The pasta comes out barely warm and honestly all tastes the same (the last time I went, I ordered their lasagna and it was cold in the middle...). The staff are always very nice and accomodating, and it's nothing personal to the owners of this place. But the food is just not good. I would probably recommend Olive Garden over this place (you at least get what you pay for there...). If you want good Italian food (or just good food at all), I would skip this place.
Mid to Upscale dining for lunch and dinner. Perfect customer service and great food. Quick service during lunch essential for those getting back to work. Delicious happy hour apps.
The good news: the landscaping around the building and the internal architecture are lovely. The food is good if a bit greasy. We weren't acknowledged for a few minutes after our arrival although the restaurant was nearly empty and several employees were visible, chatting amongst themselves. I was taking a friend to lunch for her birthday. The waiter brought my soup and nothing for her, so I had the choice of eating before her or letting it sit for the, I kid you not, entire hour before her food arrived. Then she got to eat while I sat and watched her. My water glass was frequently empty. We won't be going back.

great food, great staff, love the cocktail selection
Service issues: (1) Glass was knocked over. Ice and water covered half the table. Server noticed right away. Gave us a napkin and walked away. Did not return. (2) Several drink orders were wrong. (3) One drink was refilled with water. Took 15 minutes to get a new drink. (4) Took an hour to get food after ordering. The restaurant was less than half full during lunch hour. (5) Hot plate, barely warm food. (6) Multiple orders were wrong from the kitchen. Server placed half the plates in front of the wrong person. (7) Server was missing for 20 minutes after bringing food, so all glasses were empty. We got water refills after asking, but never got drink refills again despite asking.
Delicious food! Great service! Very clean and beautiful atmosphere!
My daughter grew up going to Brio twice a month. She wanted to have her 17th birthday dinner there. She and three friends dressed up and had a reservation. First of all, did not have any sort of reservation for them. I made the reservation so I know it was there. Secondly, the waiter was so rude to the girls. He was making fun of them to other employees and he purposely ignored them. The service was so poor, and so disappointing. This was my daughter's favorite restaurant. each of the girls work in the service industry and had prepared to leave a significant tip. the waiter told them that they were out of bread, however, he brought a basket of bread to the table that came in after them. my daughter ordered lemonade and the waiter said it down stating that there would be no more lemonade. they had all planned on ordering the lava cake, but the waiter stated that they did not have that. When I went in to speak to a manager the next day, there was no supervisor or manager on duty.
Awesome food and service!
