Awesome service tonight from the 2 young girls working in the front!!You want to know the absolutely best ice cream?!?!?! Get the strawberry blonde but instead with banana ice cream and add yellow cake!! The best thing ever you will not be disappointed ;)

Waited in line 20 minutes ...Ice cream was tasteless and not creamy.,.mix in containers were gross and not clean ....atmosphere was blah a couple of tables...front steps outside are dangerous! (Double) way overpriced for product sold....will go elsewhere .. disappointed

After having a not so great experience at a different Cold Stone location (Northfield), it reminded me I should also be leaving a good review for a good experience we had at this location. We went here a couple of weeks ago in the evening and the two young men working there were very helpful, and welcoming. The location looked clean as well. It’s a little out of our way, but good to know we will have a good experience here when we’re in the area!

Ice cream ?
I ordered a "like it" size of French vanilla with Snickers topping mixed in. I watched the worker scoop out the the French vanilla bucket, but for some reason after it had been mixed, had bits of pink in it and tasted lightly of cherry. Concerned that tools are not being cleaned in between mixing customizations? Also, the Snickers tasted old and were hard as rocks. I couldn't even chew it for fear of breaking a tooth. It makes me wonder how often they rotate out the toppings. Yuck.
