We come here a lot for the candy apples. The staff are really friendly and quick too.

I made my order and noticed when they were going to mix in that they had not cleaned the slab. I asked that they not mix in the stuff that I saw sitting next to my order. They asked about an allergy. I confirmed and they said they would make it in the back separate. However, they scooped the ice cream from the slab back into the main main container of ice cream. (Totally defeating any cross contamination concerns). They went in the back and mixed in my ice cream. When I got it there was a hair in it. I didn't say anything because it was already such an ordeal.

By far the worst experience, they left all the ice cream out and it was completely melted. She offered to get a new one because I asked if the ice cream is normally melted. I brought my son to get ice cream. Then when I asked for a new one too she told me no I already did that once for you and it’s rock solid. I said yes of course it is, it’s ice cream and she laughed in my face and said it’s really hard. She refused too, I walked out and my son threw his away out the door because I didn’t pay for it.

I really enjoyed observing the authenticity good job the of a new employee being trained. It was kind, well explained and all around pleasant to observe

Amazing ice-cream that is made daily with a wide variety of products and nice and attentive staff!

I see different servers in different days, sometimes it is good and sometimes better. Overall the experience is OK, I would recommend to have experienced servers. But overall this location offers crazy combinations of different ice creams and shakes.

Girl was very rude made me and my friend lose our appetites didn’t want to even waste money.

Awesome service tonight from the 2 young girls working in the front!!You want to know the absolutely best ice cream?!?!?! Get the strawberry blonde but instead with banana ice cream and add yellow cake!! The best thing ever you will not be disappointed ;)

Waited in line 20 minutes ...Ice cream was tasteless and not creamy.,.mix in containers were gross and not clean ....atmosphere was blah a couple of tables...front steps outside are dangerous! (Double) way overpriced for product sold....will go elsewhere .. disappointed
