Waited in line 20 minutes ...Ice cream was tasteless and not creamy.,.mix in containers were gross and not clean ....atmosphere was blah a couple of tables...front steps outside are dangerous! (Double) way overpriced for product sold....will go elsewhere .. disappointed

After having a not so great experience at a different Cold Stone location (Northfield), it reminded me I should also be leaving a good review for a good experience we had at this location. We went here a couple of weeks ago in the evening and the two young men working there were very helpful, and welcoming. The location looked clean as well. It’s a little out of our way, but good to know we will have a good experience here when we’re in the area!

Never seen anything like it. Long line here- but Employees stand around chatting with each other doing nothing while one poor employee does all the work and waits on the customers, one by one. The three standing behind them literally stander with their scoops and towels and chat with each other. I don’t look up, not wanting to make eye contact with all the customers. You’re wasting your money, paying several employees and actually doing anything. When I nicely asked if the others waiting behind, might be willing to take the next customer, they were snarky and rude. While the ice cream is good, and I’ve always liked cold stone, I will not be returning.

Really liked eating here with family. Especially because you get more quantity compared to when you order online?. My wife ordered chocolate devotion with a cone waffle add on, I ordered a founder's favorite. Both of these tasted really great. We had ordered the love it size which is the medium size and I guess one love it size ice cream would be sufficient for 2 people.

I'm a picky guy. even with my ice cream, especially for the price. Was happily surprised despite me being one of those "duh i dont knwo what i want" guests. worked with me, figured out what i wanted. got home, thought it wasn't. I was happily wrong. It was. They do. Go get this.

Just stood in the lobby for 8 minutes without being acknowledged by anyone while everyone else was helped. After about 10 minutes of me making eye contact with the manager asked “if we’d be helped” as if he hadn’t been staring at us for the past 10 minutes. It’s take 30 seconds to grab chocolate out of the case but they’d rather help customers that want Icecream so that’s fine we won’t ever be returning and the 3 staff members including the manager that allowed 2 guests to go 10 minutes without acknowledgment should be fired.

I ordered a "like it" size of French vanilla with Snickers topping mixed in. I watched the worker scoop out the the French vanilla bucket, but for some reason after it had been mixed, had bits of pink in it and tasted lightly of cherry. Concerned that tools are not being cleaned in between mixing customizations? Also, the Snickers tasted old and were hard as rocks. I couldn't even chew it for fear of breaking a tooth. It makes me wonder how often they rotate out the toppings. Yuck.
