While standing in line I watched both male employees scratching their heads under their hats one sniffed his fingers after doing so. They didn't wash their hands before making orders. I stepped out of line it was just way to gross.

Male staff member was huffy and passive aggressive with us when we accidentally locked up the incorrect item on the counter. He had put an orange Julius in the incorrect container - a DQ container - hence the reason we assumed it was ours and not the other person present who ordered orange Julius. It is okay to make a mistake. It is not okay to get passive aggressive with your customer when you realize the mistake. Also, the female taking orders is wearing a mask, and is difficult to understand. Poor communication over all.

Guy at front counter, Friday @5 Oct 14th, had poor customer service. Specifically not addressing customers, not letting them know when their food was out and snotty to me because I discarded a straw wrapper in the wrong location. Seriously. Also too expensive.
Dairy Queen was my favorite when I was younger. I haven’t been to one in years. It really seems when you order through DoorDash they give you nasty food. Ordered a chili cheese hot dog. That was extremely nasty, how do you mess up a hot dog??? Then they forgot my drink. What a waste of money!

I came in when there was no line at aprox 17:20 and ordered a hot dog, pretzel sticks, diet coke and a small blizzard.I got my blizzard almost immediately, but the meal took almost a half hour, and several customers who came after me got their orders first, they also forgot about my drink until I reminded them. Because of this incompetence I was 10 minutes late for my bus.

I got lost in area I went to different 7 11s and still could not get proper directions to my hotel. I decided to hit the in and out get something to eat. I asked kid a register for directions. He said! “hold on”. Took care of the customer behind me, came out, and sat on the bench to give me detailed instructions to get to my hold. I want to recognize this guy as going above and beyond! ?
