Male staff member was huffy and passive aggressive with us when we accidentally locked up the incorrect item on the counter. He had put an orange Julius in the incorrect container - a DQ container - hence the reason we assumed it was ours and not the other person present who ordered orange Julius. I got lost in area I went to different 7 11s and still could not get proper directions to my hotel. I decided to hit the in and out get something to eat. I asked kid a register for directions. He said! “hold on”. Took care of the customer behind me, came out, and sat on the bench to give me detailed instructions to get to my hold. I want to recognize this guy as going above and beyond! ?
