Your manager at this location is RUDE and has no problem YELLING at a guest who calls to tell them how they were treated in the drive thru by an employee. She told us her drive thru employee is “special” after her first three excuses were debunked by rebuttals.
How disappointing that we have had to experience yet another thing at this location. Will not return to this location. We are happy to find another location that we know our experiences are consistently enjoyable.
