We went here to celebrate a recent engagement. We were seated a little early at a great table and we did the Full Churrasco. The food was amazing and my favorites were definitely the grilled cheese, pork belly, and beef ribs. Service started off great but then our server was nowhere to be found shortly thereafter. I wasn't sure if he went home but there should've been a proper handoff to someone else if so. It wasn't until almost an hour in that someone came to our table to check in on us. Overall it was a great experience but I was a little disappointed by the service.
Our server, hostesses, and the manager were very friendly and accommodating. The meat servers were not friendly or helpful. We asked for medium or well done. They kept bringing rare and medium rare. We asked over and over. They said they would bring it but didn't. Someone finally asked if we were waiting on something, we told them what happened and the manager brought some out. We have noticed this about the service every time we come to Fogo de Chao. Everything else was exceptional!
It was horrible. They didn't have our table when our reservation came up. They let other people who got there later in before us, even though we had a reservation. Service was horrendous, and the food was mediocre at best.
It was our second time at this location - we have a 5:30pm reservation on a Saturday and at that time there was no wait which was great. The waters were all super friendly and made sure our group had at great experience! The food, of course, was amazing! Highly recommend!
Party of 12 and Maya was a rockstar. She did a great job along with the rest of your staff. Thanks.
Food and service was great. Seems that they have hired more management and they are on top of things making sure you are happy with your meal. The servers brought meats around all the time and if you wanted something specific they got it for you. It was my birthday and it was a nice experience.
Ordered the Flavor De Brazil $49.00 special which includes several meats but excludes several prime selections such as ribeye, mignon, etc.. One of the included was Sirloin Prime which is the best of the sirloin selections. A server never came by offering it. Sausage, bacon wrapped chicken, sirloin, lamb, etc came by several times A bit disappointing the best beef selection Sirloin Prime offered with $49.00 special was never enjoyed. They may have run out of the Sirloin Prime but if so should advise customers.
I definitely recommend going to Fogo if you have any special days coming up or just in general!!!
Great food and great service. Only bad was NO GRILLED PINNEAPPLE! Took my brother for his 21st birthday and he was happy so nothing to complain about delicious delicious meat I just can't say enough how good the meat was.
First time going there & it was fantastic. Amazing service. It was yesterday & I'm still full. Couldn't stop eating. Highly recommend.

The food was really disappointing. The meat was overcooked and dry. The items in the salad bar were also mediocre. I don't know what happened to Fogo de Chao, but it looks like the quality of the food really went down 😕
My husband and I are on the carnivore diet so we decided that this would be a good option for date night. We went early at about 4:45 PM. The flank steak was amazing, Parmesan crusted pork chops as well. A lot of of the meat, however, was well done. We also never saw many selections in the entire time we were there, but when they got busier and we were leaving, we saw more meat selections come out of the kitchen that we never got a chance to try. We requested the filet mignon three or four times because it never came out in the entire time we were sitting there. We also never saw chicken, or sausage. Overall, the experience was OK. Since we did not have appetizers or indulge in the market table, our whole dining experience was maybe 30-45 minutes. That made it seem like it was a very expensive dinner for a very short period of time. If we were to go back, we would definitely only make a reservation during main dining hours because it seems that's when you actually get a selection of meat that's freshly cooked.
Very nice for meat eaters like me, but they also have a nice salad and cheese bar. I tried the special Wagyu experience this time and it was awesome (I chose the cook your own porterhouse on a super hot rock)!
Enjoyable enough for a one-time experience. Service and atmosphere were very good. But we decided we would prefer a traditional high-end steakhouse where, for the same money, we would get a small amount of premium-quality beef over an "all you can eat" amount of average-quality meat. We can't eat as much as we used to, so quality over quantity is a better option for us these days. We saw a table of young people having a wonderful time celebrating a birthday, as well as a young couple doing the same. For big appetites and less discerning palates, this would be a home run.
That place is amazing
