First, it's mall food. Second, it's not Cajun. Two of the sides are LoMain and (fried?) rice, just like Shanghai 360 across the food court. It even comes in a Shanghai 360 food container. Save your money.

My mom and I got food here today and found hair in the food!!! It was a thick hair that looked like it came from a beard 🤢 but what irks me is how they treated my mom afterwards. She told them about the hair and one guy started joking that it was her own hair. It clearly wasn’t her hair and he was obviously joking but that’s an inappropriate time to crack jokes as this was a disgusting moment. Then she asked if she can have shrimp instead of chicken when she was getting new food and they told her no because it’s “more expensive”. Okay but there was literally hair in the food so I feel like that extra dollar or two that the shrimp costs shouldn’t even matter at that point. She later went back to get a bag for her left overs and the lady so rudely told her that the bags are ten cents. My mom said she didn’t have ten cents and the lady ended up giving her a bag anyways. After finding a hair in the food, you’d think these employees would have been a lot more compensating than they were. Obviously they care more about money than customer experience. Absolutely horrible customer service and a disgusting food experience.

It was our first and last time eating here. We asked what we could have as the two sides and when we asked for fruit, she shook her head and pointed to nasty looking cabbage or dry potatoes- no thanks to either. The loaded up our bland noodles with fatty chicken and sent us on our way. Not recommended to eat there!

It's crazy expensive almost $20 for one combo. The food looks good but the customer service is terrible. I had to asked why the food is expensive and cashier just keep pointing the menu. Will never go back, save your money and go to panda instead. I see why the review is bad👎

I love the chicken, pork, beef, sides just omg! It's semi expensive like 20-25 a person but so good! And the leftovers the next day!!! omfg even better!!!! Worth it!
I have always been given healthy portions and speedy service so idk if it's a staff and timing thing or what for me.

Customer Service really was the worst. I’ve had in a long time instead of concentrating on my order. He was too busy concentrating on the people behind me. Then I bought a whole bunch of orders and couldn’t even get a bag to put it in. They charge me $.10 very rude group of people behind the counter. It’ll be a long day before I try this place again.

Really everything is very good as they sell you the dish saying that you can choose between rice and pasta and two more portions but they never delight you for choosing two types of meat they charge you extra so the problem is not the extra 3.50 dollars the problem is that you They make misleading advertising just to sell and charge without really telling you anything. I need to speak clearly to people and not steal or sell dishes with a different price.

20$ for this? That’s crazy the lady literally was being stingy as hell, barely any meat and mostly vegetables. I should get my money back. They lucky I live far or I’d be up there acting out. This is insane. Do better. The fact that the chicken doesn’t even fill the one spot is ridiculous. My husband is disappointed as it was his food.
