I am perfectly capable of meal prepping for a keto diet, and have done so for years. However, it was always some boring chicken casserole that I ate all week and got comments of “oh, you’re having that for lunch again?”
Open Fridge Gourmet makes eating healthy workable again. I get fresh, delicious keto meals delivered that last the majority of the week, and I can eat not one, not two, but three different entrees!
Who could ask for more?
I enjoyed the convenience and easiness of ordering the meals. The food is as delicious as it looks. I reccomend Open Fridge Gourmet. Thank you.
