5 ppl at the bar, 7 in the rest of the entire restaurant and they couldn't figure out where to seat us 'away from lots of noise'. When we were seated, the door was blowing December air on us. Finally we asked to be moved, which caused a heated discussion with the server in the new section, even though it was the same server for both spots. Then she greets us and says they're understaffed. Food service was so slow and food portions were absurdly small. Been ordering mong beef for years. This time, it had so little sauce on it that the meat was crunchy.There were only eleven pieces of meat and they were so small. Couldn't do my rewards discount. I couldn't bring myself to not leave a tip, so i left a 15% tip but I really pondered it.

The food was good and the staff was friendly. Once we were seated, the food came out pretty quickly, which was nice.
The only downside was the wait to get a table. Even though the restaurant was about 70% empty when I arrived, it still took a while to be seated and the same thing happened to people who came in after me. I think the seating process could be a bit more efficient.
Overall, a good dining experience with room for improvement on the front-of-house flow.

In the past 25 years of living in and visiting the Denver area, this PF Chang's location has always stood head and shoulders above the competition in the south Denver suburbs.
