We are regular to this place and all other emplyess are very friendly …. I have faced this employee Silna multiple times …..she was always very rude to us ….. she was arguuing with others in line as well … i guess we are not only the ones to face it …. Her behaviour needs to be corrected.

Whoever is responsible for delivery orders is clearly not paying attention! Label on wrong order, causing delivery service to deliver wrong order. Be better!!!

Date of Visit: November 15th (Approx. 8:30 PM) We visited Panda Express around 8:30 PM and had a genuinely fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the entire dining area was noticeably clean and well-maintained. While we did have a minor delay—we were informed that fresh food was currently being prepared and would be ready in about five minutes—the service team handled it perfectly. Not only was our order completely accurate when it was served, but we were also proactively offered a free drink for the short wait, which was a very kind gesture. The staff went above and beyond, offering us extra plates and spoons and checking on us to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. Most importantly, the food was delicious—hot, fresh, and truly excellent value for the money. This location clearly prioritizes both great food and customer care. Highly recommend!

I ordered a mobile order and the worker behind the counter was completely rude and disrespectful! Her name was Silna! The manager Christian said he would take care of it and did absolutely nothing!

Went in to get quick bite to eat got in there and they had no orange chicken or any other foods. I asked how long for orange chicken to be ready they said 30 minutes which is insane. After I got my food the line just got bigger and bigger and bigger and the online order line was even bigger which had any more room inside. I over herder one of the employees say up to an hour for food to be even ready which is insane. I wouldn't come here tbh

There was a man in front of me; he bought pasta and got twice as much as I did. I asked for a larger portion, and they told me I had to pay more. Every time I come here, there’s never any ready food. I don’t recommend this place to anyone!!!

When I don't come to eat, I have to wait 10-15 minutes because the first course is not ready, so instead of a steak, the employees tell each other not to do their job, everyone is still waiting.

Unfortunately when we went to this location at 8:50PM… they only had three entrees left out… but they close at 9:30PM??? So over 30 minutes left of a fast food restaurant being open and majority of items already put away and not available. The worker who aided us was very rude and brash. Disappointed by this location… :( be aware if you go closer to closing time they won’t have hardly anything to pick from…

I will start by saying most of the employees at this location are wonderful. However I'm confused why at 7 pm there are no prepared entrees. If you're THAT worried about shrink you're going to lose out on loyal customers who WANT to spend money here because the options they usually have are not available. If I have to choose between the sad looking last serving of multiple entrees or wait 15 minutes for an entree, Im going to walk out the door. This is my go-to location, I used to come here twice a month to treat myself but this is no longer a convenient stop for food. Never know what you're going to get or what you're going to have to wait for.
