Definitely NOT the best Popeyes. Fryer oil is OLD and needs to be changed. From my teenage years & fast food experience, it should be done weekly. Definitely, isn't a priority here. Purchased 2 varieties of the wings, and they lacked breading on both. The NEW Signature hot flavor also lacked sauce. The best Popeyes, in my opinion, is the one at 2150 Quebec St. A little bit of a drive, but worth it if you like Popeyes and not KFC. C'mon Man.

Went to this Popeyes inside the mall and ordered the two-piece combo. Food is generally pretty good here, although it does make my tummy a little sore later in the day. But, it is fast food, and it is greasy, and so I think nothing unexpected here.

So many wrong issues with this order, I'm surprised they got any right. While the chicken DID taste good, we never got our red beans & rice (got Cajun fries instead...ew). A combo meal got a Coke, not sweet tea; and if THAT was sweeeet tea (according to the menu), then I'm better off getting unsweet.Also, directions to this place are confusing. If you don't already know they're in the Food Court, you're never going to find them.When I issue a complaint online, the robot gave me a choice between 400 points or $5 off an order. I took the money, but it's not remotely enough for all this hassle.There's a reason I don't go to Popeye's anymore. The quality (except for the biscuits if they're fresh) is laughable; so are the prices. Find a local chain/restaurant and go there. This place isn't worth it.

Service was so bad I was trying to order but the lady made me feel like I was getting belittled and on top of that they called me gringo. When they put my order out instead of calling it out they kept speaking Spanish to each other so when I asked if it was my order one of them snapped at me saying "yea it's yours, you're the only one that ordered this". They also didn't even bother to give me the fries that I ordered but it's whatever the food was pretty bad anyways so I wouldn't recommend going here for something quick. If you do, try to go when the girl with short dark brown hair who might be in her 30s isn't there or just go to a whole different location.

I think that the oil in the fryer is bad or maybe the chicken was bad, idk. The food didn’t taste right and I’ve been sick since eating it around 4pm yesterday. Would not recommend. Something was definitely off and they could use a visit from the health department.

I had a terrible experience at this location. I was charged twice on my credit card - given the wrong food - the boy at the register was rude. I have been trying to get a refund for two months and no one will contact me. I contacted corporate, but they just refer me back to the restaurant franchisee. I suggest that you DO NOT USE A CREDIT CARD - ONLY USE CASH

I placed an order for delivery through Uber Eats. The "restaurant" took more than an hour to "finish up," which I would think takes about 5 minutes to figure out how to put the food in boxes.They forgot items that I ordered and the food showed up about 2 hours after ordering when the app said 20-30 minutes. The food was cold when I got it, luckily my air fryer is good enough to resurrect this atrocity that could have been avoided.This was no fault to the delivery person at all, again it's Uber Eats, he was there when the food was available! I suggest you do not do any business with this restaurant, it is sub par in quality and customer service.
