Ii went for dinner,had a supreme meat pizza.
Really delicious.And it was Tuesday so we ordered free fries
We usually have burgers which are good too but pizza good for a change

From walking in and getting seated almost immediately and the friendly servers and the food that you’d like to see everything was spot on definitely a lot better than other Red Robin’s locations in the area will definitely come back

This place was great. The only problem was the food coming out a little bit slow, but other than that it was great! Great place for family’s!

Kid-friendliness: This place is great for the whole family. All of the kids sitting at our table felt full after eating here which is hard due to kids portions being smaller

There was a service mis step out of RR control. The GM Brian was so pleasant and corrected mistake with a positive and service oriented approach. I will go to this location again because of how he assisted.

This is by far my favorite location!! Everything was fantastic. Kala (our waitress) was very kind and on point with everything. The other two gentlemen were also very nice and helpful.
The food was typical RR food, but the experience made it perfect.
Our experience made me hopeful that restaurants are returning to the way things used to be (kind, expedient, helpful, and any other positive description for customer service).
We will absolutely return to this location!

This place is absolutely disgusting the table was filthy and you stuck to the floor wherever you walked,I had to leave with my family when we commented about the mess the young host was so rude he acted like he could care less and waved saying sarcastic goodbye. I also want to make sure everyone knows it’s the young kid with the ridiculous huge bangs

Update June 2024: This location continues to have problems going on a second year. Continues understaffed. Can't seem to keep personnel. Dining room floor was sticky; not sure how clean it was. With only two servers, service was slow, even with only a few tables occupied. Other, nearby locations seem to do better and have more customers. Reduced to three stars all-around.[Previous: Good food. Typical Red Robin atmosphere, clean. However very understaffed with resulting delays / slow service. This has been an issue here for awhile. If you're socializing during dinner, no problem, but don't expect to get in and out quickly.]

Buyer Beware: I ordered my food at 11:13, got a message saying it would be ready at 11:36. I got there six minutes early at 11:30 to pickup my order. I was back at my place by 11:40. Opened my good and all of it was cold. Like it had been sitting out for an hour. I mean there is no way they could have cooked it fresh in 5 minutes and it just sit there for 20 minutes. No attempt to keep the food warm.I ordered a pepperoni pizza, cheese sticks and onion rings. All of it cold. It’s like they pre-cook their food an hour or so in advance and then just let it sit under a heat lamp and hope it stays warm. When I got there the food had been sitting by the pick up area (near the bar) at 11:30 - which indicates to me that it is pre-cooked for a pro-longed period of time.Not worth the money.

Burgers okay, overpriced. When being seated the group of 6 noticed a nasty floor and puddle of water under our table like a mix of soda and water. Tried not to make a big deal and asked the busser if he could bring a mop when he had a chance. Shortly after he returns stating mgmt or host don't recall mentioned it was sticky solution of some sort...Didn't even bother to re-clean the area..we didnt want to make a scene...wouldn't go back.

My friend has gluten intolerance and is allergic to soy. He found out after ordering the gluten free crust Donato that they added soy to the ingredients. When asked about it to the manager, he claimed they didn't have soy in the crust. Apparently he didn't care that my friend can't take that risk when the Red Robin website notes that it does have soy in it. I had the regular Donato and it was probably the most bland pizza I've tasted.

The manager came back and made it worse, trying to convince my friend to still eat the pizza. Who in the world with any allergy would take that risk? Never met anyone so insensitive when it comes to food allergies.

The manager came back and expected is to pay for the pizza that my friend can't have! Are you serious Red Robin? Unbelievable. Really should fire this guy.
