I’m pretty sure the requirements to work here are Bad attitude, inability to understand and speak English and use your bare hands. Renzios used to be so good- food is still decent- but service is atrocious. Chris Rentzio would be ashamed!! Tried asking what the chicken is made with- as in - the marinade…. They showed me the chicken 3 times and said “bbq sauce or tzatziki and lettuce”. Quite over priced as well.
Zero stars for onion rings that were soaking and oozing out oil. The staff pretended to not know English and were giggling at us. Their fries were good though.

We went to Renzios because we've had it before in another mall and it was delicious! This Renzios was overpriced and the food was subpar. The falafel was bland and wasn't fried long enough so it fell apart, chicken was super dry and flavorless, potatoes were soggy, and barely any tzatziki sauce on the pita or the plate. The only two good items were the salad and fries. We paid $50 for what is pictured, really disappointing that only the fries and salad were good considering the price. We also got unbelievably terrible service. We asked her to repeat the order and she scoffed and frowned and yelled it at us. When I apologized we didn't understand it initially, she gave us a nasty look again and then walked away. When the food was ready, we went pick the food from another staff member, we were given 2 ketchups. When we asked for more ketchup (considering the size of the fries), she sighed and rolled her eyes and then gave us more. I haven't really seen that kind of service and attitude in a while (especially from grown adults), kinda left me speechless. At the end of our day, we hesitantly went back for a refill and surprisingly they were slightly less rude and just gave us the refill. I guess don't go on a Thursday at noon smh

Horrible place. The ladies there are in the worst mood! They hardly speak to you, some the food was served with their hands and not with utensils. After weighing the food the literally poured the food onto the plate uso her hands and then just placed the plate Im front of us with lout saying anything, definitely no manners.

Service was a little slow and short, but took our order and served up my food quickly. I ordered a traditional gyro and it was very good. Nicely warmed pita, freshly sliced meat, Tzatziki sauce and feta with a few veggies. Enjoyed every bite! Price was a couple $$ too high, but normal for a mall. A worthy choice with all the options.

$16.70 for a gyro, salad and a drink is very steep. However if you spin around the food court at Park Meadows, you'll notice many unhealthy options until you see Renzio's! They're not the happiest there and they talk to you as if they have to be there. I guess you gotta make a buck some how.Regardless, the food is really good and if you request the tzatziki sauce on the side your gyro won't be drowning in big globs. The lamb meat is great and the salad with a light vinaigrette dressing does the trick! Inflation has done all sorts of things to the supply chain and the final product but at least Renzio's is consistent and that's why I keep returning.
Always been served great food! Was just in, and decided to not get a drink. Employee still offered us water and was so kind! Overall every time is a great visit with good greek food!!

The worst greek restaurant I have ever seen, The quality of everything is terrible, they have no fresh products and all their employees are extremely rude! Do not buy baklava, you are eating disgusting oil, this cannot be baklava!!!I guarantee you will vomit after eating baklava, it is such a disgusting oily!!!!

Things are pretty expensive everywhere and Renzios are no exception. There are long lines everywhere at the mall location but here. I still see few people waiting for their food here and there so their food must be good even though high in price.That said, their gyro meat is solid. I usually get the two options from them. The gyro combination with fries and drink. Lot of people love Renzios double fried fries, just like me. Gyros are good too. Get the combo if you want the fries. They only charge 1 penny more for drinks and ice tea has been a solid option for me. The next popular option is the plate. Yes, the pricing is up there but you get to choose two sides which can also be double of the same thing. The greek salad with everything on is a good option and also steamed vegi if you want to skip on carbs.Most of my orders took about a minute to two so consider this place quite fast and efficient.
