they were so rude to my wife, they were yelling at us and even MESSED UP OUR ORDER. the balding mohawk man with a belt size equivalent to the equator was using g his teenage cracking voice to harass my wife. dont come unless you want to have a TERRIBLE experience with another human, at this point. THAT MAN WASN'T HUMAN- dont come here ever.

The man with the Mohawk yelled at my friend for wanting to cancel their order and made my friend cry. would not go again. absolutely atrocious customer service. The tapioca pearls which are usually slightly sweet, were bland and tasteless. Would not go again
Don't eat here. There is a reason there is never a line. Rude workers/owners that try and add items you dont ask for. What a rip.

I really wanted to enjoy my experience ordering bao buns at the food court. When I saw them, they looked so delicious, and I was craving them badly. So, I went to order, and everything was going fine—until I noticed the two guys working there seemed annoyed with me for no reason. Luckily, they were still polite, but polite doesn’t mean they were genuinely nice.
When I got my bao buns, one of them said, “We’re just going to do this once, but next time no, because these are very hard to make.” Hearing that made me feel disappointed, not angry. I didn’t understand why I was being treated that way—after all, I was just ordering food.
I honestly don’t know much about Asian cooking or how difficult bao buns are to make, but from my perspective, they don’t seem that hard. As someone who cooks Mexican food, I believe bao buns shouldn’t be too difficult either. And if they’re really so hard to make, why sell them in the first place?
I found their attitude insulting. After buying the buns, I even gave them to my sister because I wasn’t hungry anymore—I felt too offended to eat them myself.
Here’s my advice: Don’t sell something that’s “too hard” to make if you’re not willing to make it properly or treat customers with respect. It’s not the customer’s fault for ordering your food. In the end, I just wished they were kind and courteous because I’m spending my hard-earned money hoping to enjoy delicious food.

Food took 15 minutes and then when I went to pick it up, the big guy behind the counter told me not to “come this late”. I ordered at 7:45PM and they close at 9PM. I don’t know what his problem is but clearly he doesn’t like his job (read the other reviews). I used to come here all the time but I’m never coming back here again. Poor service and rude. I wish I could put negative stars.
Man at the counter was very rude. Waited 20 minutes for my food and he told my family to not come so late. I was there 2 hours before closing. I used to frequent this establishment but the service has gone downhill. Most likely not coming back. Pretty good food though, shame...

Negative stars if possible. Incredibly disappointed in this business. The man serving food today (he is a heavier set asian man with a very heavy accent, I did not get his name before I walked away) was incredibly pushy about ordering food, ignored the fact that the person I was with was not going to order due to dietary restrictions and top it all off made an incredibly racist remark about how Mexicans make your stomach hurt with their food and how their food would not do that, promising it wouldn't hurt. As a Hispanic woman I was taken back by this comment. I said nothing since I did not want to cause a scene in the middle of a mall but maybe I should have.
This behavior is appalling, disgusting and I will make sure no one I know will go back.
Do better.
Outstanding service and the BBQ pork is amazing.
Good food, the Asian man really helpful answer all my question and let me try the dish.

This place is absolutely terrible. I’ve been here several times before, but now they’ve got a new guy, overweight, barely speaks English, and has a horrible attitude. Today I ordered a small box of tofu, and he charged me for a chicken entrée instead — $10 for something I didn’t even ask for. Worse, he completely ignored my order. When I came back 15 minutes later to pick it up, he looked at me like I was the one causing a problem. I canceled the order on the spot. I’m done with this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Very angry disgruntled man working at this location in Park Meadows. Started screaming at me for standing at the end of the counter as if I was invading HIS space. His angry tone was way out of line and I will never order from here. From other reviews, seems like he’s always angry and hates his job. No wonder there never seems to be a line any more of customers. Does this place have a manager ??? This was a Wednesday over the noon hour.
Guy taking the order and checking me out seemed like he was miserable just doing his job. Ordered the honey chicken and orange chicken with a coke. Food was okay nothing bad but I went back for a refill and he said “no free refills, it’s extra”
I was annoyed but I said I pay for it. How much? He said $1 more but cash only. I said unfortunately I don’t have cash. He said that’s too bad sorry. What a shame. Wish I didn’t get my food here, I should have gone to Nori Japan or Panda Express.
People were nice,, and the wait wasn't long, but the ramen was bland and boring. I tried asking them to take it back, but apparently no refunds. Would not go there again. Ended up getting chipotle instead.
The guy at the counter (not the one with the batman hat) was annoyed and being rude with me because I had never been there before and kept trying to order things they didn't have. So I went with the orange chicken. But he told me that he's never dealt with anyone like me before. I got rude with him. After he gave me a hard time. Orange chicken was not very good I could make it better at home. The barbeque pork however was great and the bourbon chicken was amazing. Awful experience.
