This was my second time going to Sierra. I remember I enjoyed this place the first time after I had a second incredible experience. The staff is very tentative and friendly. I sat in the bar area for lunch on a Friday and it was not very crowded around the bar. The decor is sleek and the views are cool in their own way (not a view of the mountains). I started with the Ahi Tuna Crisps - Sushi Grade Tuna, topped with jalepeno slice on a blanket of guac that sat on top a crispy tortilla chip. SO GOOD! Next, was the Mini Chili Relleno - A crispy egg roll type of wrapping with cheese and relleno peppers inside. Crispy and gooey with some heat! SO GOOD! Ceasar Salad with Chicken - It was pretty good - Nothing too special about it. The chicken on top came out hot and I would have preferred the chicken cold instead of on top of cold lettuce. Ceasar dressing was okay. Finally, The RIbs! Wow! These things were so good! They were recommended by one of the bar tenders and she was not lying! She told me that they marinade them for 48 hours! Whatever they did to them they turned out amazing. I was pretty full so I took the other half home...Just ate it for dinner (warmed up in the airfryer). Almost better the second time! Get these things! Wait! I forgot....The cornbread with the ribs......PHENOMENAL!! Go check this place out, its a great spot!

USED to love this place. Ambiance is great. Staff is well trained. Food USED to be solid. Last experience: food was...okay. EVERYTHING had doubled in price (Tortilla Soup went from $8 in 2019 to $16 now and Appi's also doubled). And, they rolled back Happy Hour. It now ends at 5 instead of 6pm. I'll be going elsewhere.

Delicious. One of our top five in the Denver area! Their margs are so fresh, and food is delicious. Our favorites are the mini green chili rellenos and the steak sandwich! Service is always phenomenal. If you're downtown, try their sister restaurant Caldero! It's the same menu and everything there was fantastic as well.

Food was good. Nothing to get excited about. The hype? Lol! A basic hamburger is $22.00 just so you know.Really noisy. So many drunks! What drinks do not realize is their hearing is dulled when they are drunk. So EVERYONE can hear them. Even the wait staff was having issues trying to hear. Isn’t there a cut off for bartenders? This place needs the county to come in. Drunks all over the parking lot. Dangerous for the families that frequent here.

I was not impressed with the food. It was bland on flavor and over salted. The entire meal seemed overpriced for what you got, including the drinks. Service was great though.
This place used to be so good. Service is still incredible, drinks are good, but food gets worse every time I go. Sad. $35 for 3 grilled shrimp is just ridiculous!!!

Great place but a little on the expensive side. The food was okay, but nothing to rave about except for the green chili! I love green chili, so I eat it whenever I can, and needless to say, I've some awful chili and some really good chili, but this was way better than any green chili I've ever had. It had medium heat so as not to be overpowering, which gives you the chance to enjoy the flavors of the chilies and pork.Can't wait to go back and have some more of that green chili.

The food was way overpriced. The service was marginal and quite honestly the food really wasn't that good.
