THIS IS THE BEST location to come to. I live in Highlands Ranch and will come here on the weekends when I have time rather than go to some of the closer locations. Their customer service is amazing. All of their staff is on it, and the supervisor or manager just made my day today. Love the vibe.

I stopped in the drive thru before taking my dog to be put to sleep and Terry was amazing. I got a pup cup and didn’t order anything for myself but he insisted I get something on him because of the situation. Very nice gesture from him and he made my day a little easier!

My review on Starbucks. This is a great location, outdoor seating, nice seating inside. I visited today and went up to ask for a Bacon-Egg-Gouda sandwich, the person who served and took my order was awesome. 9/10 service. Although, she was kind I later went up and asked for some Sriracha packets and how many packets do you think Starbucks gave? 1, and honestly the least the could've gave for Starbucks incredibly expensive prices is 2. Food is great tho and overall would recommend.

Oh dear god. We've been waiting in the drive thru line for 25 minutes already and hardly any movement. Don't know whether they're understaffed, undertrained or what but this is insane. Never coming to this Starbucks again. What a total waste of time.

The staff here is one of the best I’ve experienced at any Starbucks! They were welcoming and extremely nice, not only to customers but to each other. The coffee tasted even better because of this. Would highly recommend this location.

I ordered the large nitro coffee and it was filled with half foam and half coffee. Every other location I’ve ever been to and ordered the nitro coffee and just a small head of foam on top so you were getting your moneys worth. This was very disappointing. I went through the drive-through.
