Don’t come to this Starbucks around 3pm EVER. The drive thru line takes forever. I’m sitting here now and have been in line for over 15 min and I already ordered so I can’t leave the line. Happens every time I come to this location. Service is terrible.
The crew here is amazing! I messed up entering my order on the mobile app and they made it right, even though I was the one that made the mistake. They were friendly and prompt and thanks to them, I got to my meeting on time with coffee in hand.
The entrance is completely ADA accessible which i love, price is decent for Starbucks, and the food/drinks are almost always warm which is nice. My only complaint is the seating/tables aren't accessible at all and cannot accommodate a power chair. As a disabled customer, this is always something that I think...
