I want to be able to give 5 stars to the workers that deal with hard people every day and are doing their best to their ability and training, but just had to leave a 1 star review addressing how awful the manager on duty was treating her employees and the tone they were being talken to with. So incredibly unempathetic and horrible. They should not be treated like this. Please do better.

Yesterday I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte, took two sips, and threw it away. This is my favorite drink that I enjoy every day during the season, and I honestly didn’t even know it was possible to mess it up that badly.
Today I decided to give them another chance and ordered two drinks and an Impossible sandwich. I specifically customized the sandwich — asked to remove the egg and add spicy sauce — but they completely ignored my request and made it standard. What’s the point of having a customization option if no one actually follows it?
On top of that, they prepared my first drink, and then I had to wait quite a while for the second one, because the barista randomly fulfilled several other orders in between instead of finishing mine, even though I ordered everything together in one order.
This kind of service is really disappointing, especially from Starbucks.

Super Friendly service and fast yummy drinks! Clean and convenient in the hospital. I got the cheese and crackers for a snack because the hospital cafeteria isnt open yet and i havent eaten all day and it's so good! The cheese is fresh and the crackers are packaged separately. The dried fruit is a nice touch too. I just wish there were a couple more crackers to equal the amount of cheese lol.

They are so lovely no matter if you place the order ahead or order when you’re there. Very fast as well for the amount of hospital staff needing their coffee fix. My weakness is ordering ahead while I’m in the parking lot so I can grab and go to work ?

They let you order through the app early in the morning, and then you can’t get in to the Starbucks because of access control to the facility. I called and they told me “tough it is only for nurses before 6am” … then maybe you should not allow me to place an online order without a warning?!

Love this Starbucks they are all so friendly the manager I believe her name is Telesha, seems to be on top of everything. She's always checking on things making sure we are all taken care of. Her attitude is so upbeat & enthusiastic. I love it.

Location, in the middle of the hospital on the ground floor. There was no line at all, because I visited this establishment in the evening. The staff is courteous and friendly (this is very important, because most of the customers are those who are being treated in the hospital or visitors to relatives who are being treated). I didn't really like the food, it's just not my format, before the food price tags are too high for me. I don't like coffee all over the Starbucks chain. In this Starbucks, the coffee tasted 4* out of five, and for me, in the waiting room on the first floor, an ordinary machine makes not worse coffee, but also hotter, and for free. Many different cups and glasses for coffee, very friendly staff, cleanliness, made a pleasant impression. I wish I didn't end up in the hospital, but if you are here, I recommend this facility.
Wheelchair accessibility: The facility is on the territory of the clinic, so there are elevators here. Getting there in a wheelchair is quite easy.
