Food was subpar, the server gave me the bottom of the bin for kale, brussel sprouts, and chicken.

The service was horrendous. Server didn’t greet me, was extremely rushed ( even though it was dead empty) and I had to ask for my bowl to get mixed and for bread twice.

Portion size is terrible barely any chicken. Says 52g of protein, yeah right, more like 15.

I am a regular customer of Sweetgreen, visiting approximately four times a week. Today, I had an experience at the Loontree branch that I would like to address. While I was in line, I received a call from my son overseas, and we were speaking in another language. An employee then asked me loudly to be quiet in front of other customers. This interaction raised concerns about the treatment I received regarding my choice of language. I would appreciate it if this issue could be reviewed, as it may reflect on customer service practices.

I’m sick and tired of companies adjusting the portion size but not the price. THIS was $20. While the spicy miso glazed salmon meal is delicious, I still feel hungry after eating it. In this economy some of us don’t even make $20 an hour so to pay this much for a meal I BETTER get full.

It’s fine, I’ll just make it myself for the same price and have leftovers for lunch the next day! ✌🏾

Very nice service personnel. However what is supposed to be goat cheese in my harvest bowl tastes exactly like cream cheese. Do they really think no one can tell?

Came in to make a to go order but the service i received at this location was terrible.The manager, Daniel, was very rude and dismissive while I was placing my order that I chose to go somewhere else. Will definitely not be coming back.
