I love Sweet Greens, it’s one of my favorite. This location is terrible. Consistently not getting my order correct. Pay extra for more of the item and then they don’t include the item at all. Love the taste of the food, but you can’t charge as much as they do to get it wrong every time.

Fantastic options for healthier eating! Great assortment of salads and bowls that are easily customizable. I ordered the Kale Caesar and my wife ended up ordering one of the kid’s meals. Both were a great portion and had great flavor! Getting takeout was somewhat of a challenge as we had to find parking at the mall and there were no close spots available. Everything was fresh and made to order!Parking: Mall parking lot so it was hard to find a close spot to run in and grab out takeout order.

Tonight while dining at this location a worker, young man working at the prep line in the back, began playing heavy medal music at high volumns. He was asked by myself and two other customers (via other employees) to please turn it off. The music reviled the restaurant playlist. Two songs playing loudly, one heavy metal laced with profanity, while we ate. He kept the music up even when asked by other employees to turn it down, looking out into the restaurant to notice our reactions. Finally, I asked respectfully to speak with him and he told the employee who asked him to come out, "I am not comfortable doing that". I am a 55-year-old motherly type, not threatening at all, but far be it from me to cause discomfort to this young man. Managers, please do something for everyone's sake.
We had this delivered to work the other day. It was by far, the freshest, best salad I had ever purchased. I can’t speak to the service or atmosphere because I didn’t visit the store but the salad was superb. I am not a kale eater but it was crisp and fresh, delicious and enjoyable.

The food is fine honestly. But they forgot the chicken in my bowl which is no big deal but when I try to call the store it’s a ridiculous automated system and not one of the options allows you to talk to anyone in the store. No I don’t want to text with the customer service representative. I want to talk to the people in the store. Give me that option please. Pressing two isn’t going to fix my problem. I was on my lunch break so I can’t even go back to get it fixed.

We used to go to sweetgreen locations in California. We are so happy that they are in Denver! Their food options are healthy and always fresh. The service is great. They have indoor and outdoor seatings with high turnover as a lot of patrons order for takeout. Come check them out!

We ordered delivery and like it was said in another review, they forgot two things!I can't... with their focaccia bread. It was dry and disgusting. I'm not sure they even know what focaccia is.The Salad we got was the zaatar crunch. No chickpeas , no blackened chicken and no zaatar. Absolutely worst salad ever.Never order from here.
